The F*** CFO is now holding 20K shares in this company, that is $3M. He has no skin in the game anymore and he does not care. His insider trading pattern shows that he has no confidence in the business. For a company of that size and this behavior of CFO, he has to be immediately replaced.
Typically CFOs hold millions or hundreds of millions in their companies stock.
He is a mo--n that ran the company downhill with teh CEO. Fire both !

Apparently some Raytheon programs have, get this, TWO SETS of actual costs incurred under cost-type contracts: one set of #'s for the government and another set of #'s internal to Raytheon. These actuals do not remotely match and it's not due to lag-time in applying the accruals. Something to look out for as this is not a limited or one-off activity.

5 people left our team in the last 2 months. Everyone else is looking for new jobs. It’s becoming genuinely concerning, seems like a race on who’s going to get out first.

My manager still hasn't provided his feedback on my FY26 performance review, it's still in-progress on him.

Shouldn't those be removed if we're that desperate that we need to lose thousands more to layoffs?

We should never want to, nor stand for, living in a society where corporations such as Humana can simply do WHATEVER they want to do.

There are written laws for which they mist adhere to AND there are unwritten laws, which we often call morals, ethics, and goodwill, which these corporations should adhere to.

Humana is failing on both fronts of written and unwritten laws.

Time they either cease to exist as a corporation or please leave Louisville as your home base so that your stench of corruption will not rub off on other local corporations, communities, and our citizens.

I know many positions were lost but this question has been lingering in my head. Could the company have looked at how much family’s insurance costs them and decided some of us are too expensive? A lot of the one's that stayed don't have children or have insurance through their spouses (from the one's I personally know). Centene's focus with Cognizant/MAGI (AI), Salesfoce, temps, and sending jobs overseas adds more to my suspicion that employee benefits were taken into consideration.

Is this email being sent to everyone in the U.S ? Or it was sent only to a specific group/class of people? I understand that some employees may want to keep this to themselves, if he/she received the email.

Has anyone noticed that the job board seems to be down and there aren’t any open positions showing? Just curious if it’s a maint/system updated or if there is another reason. Maybe just a fluke
