Dublin hit this week?
Any news on Limerick or Cork impact?
Will there be big layoff after the new CEO comes on board?
Anyone has a guess based on his prior experiences?
Terrible situation for all
The school is firing faculty and staff but opened a campus in India? They’re broke and will be closing, it’s obvious. They have treated their students, staff, and faculty like garbage.
And here come the displacements
When the strategy is "do more with less," somehow it's always the people doing the work who end up doing less... because they no longer have a job.
Another round of collections and IT displacements. The folks who kept systems running, helped customers, solved problems, and cleaned up the messes are thanked with a meeting and a severance packet.
Nothing says "valuing people" quite like calling layoffs a "business transformation."
Wishing everyone impacted the best. Companies can replace positions on an org chart, but they don't replace the experience, dedication, and relationships those employees built.

When will the next big round of layoffs happen?
When do we think the next round of integration/restructuring layoffs will happen? Probably at least one more big one before the end of the year?
Not a VSP
I think some people are missing the point of other posts regarding if one should be worried about their job or not. YES alot of people know we weren’t eligible for the VSP including myself, we get that, we know…….but that doesn’t mean we aren’t worried about our jobs either! Those that have a separation date know at some point their job ends, but what about the ones that dont have that? I see lots of people saying what their department head or PL tell them, seems like you all have way more information than those who weren’t eligible for VSP. If we’re NOT eligible for the vsp does that mean we’re safe? With a lot of us having less than 2 years what are the odds we’d get cut? Ive heard nothing regarding the call center……nearly everyone on ny team has been here over 2 years……so if they all get cut by accepting the VSP or Involuntary layoffs…..what would that mean for me or my other coworkers?
Layoffs Today?
Someone on glassdoor said they got laid off this morning. Anyone else hear anything?
Houston layoff?
There are rumors circulating about potential layoffs within PSS.
Next layoffs???
Need to know the next rounds of LRs so I can get a package and get the fu-k out of this shithole excuse of a company
Anyone else get a teams call
I just got my teams call to be informed that I wasn’t moving on with the company.
Healthcare System Workforce Reductions Continue
Several major healthcare systems have recently announced significant workforce reductions. Dignity Health is laying off 139 employees across two hospitals in California. Adventist Health is also cutting 132 roles as it centralizes certain functions. These actions reflect ongoing financial pressures and strategic realignments within the healthcare industry. Many organizations cite rising costs and the need for operational efficiencies as reasons for these difficult decisions.

Please Indicate if You Are Hispanic or Latino?
I've been throwing out loads of applications after being laid off and one of the questions asked when submitting your resume is if you are hispanic or latino, this seems strange to me considering they then ask for your ethnicity. Now of course its your choice whether to answer or not but for the hispanic or latino question there is only yes or no. This is the case through Workday applications for numerous companies, does anyone know why?
Another SVP Gone??
There are now rumors stating that one of the SVP's that was covering for the outgoing CIO has either been fired or quit unexpectedly.
Yay!!! More fun times ahead. Yes, I'm being sarcastic with the "fun times" comment.
Aaron Gani Gone Today?
Is it true Aaron Gani is out as of today?
Upstream layoff announcement
700 jobs
20% of group leaders
Westford Office Closing next July
I wonder how many layoffs will result from the move to the Andover office?
Are providers afraid of being laid off because of AI? No! And here's a video made by AI explaining why.
...Don't ask how many of our promo team survived the latest RIF.
ISP packages
I wasn’t eligible for VSP. If RIF’d, what can I expect? There’s nothing in policy any longer surrounding severance. Will I even get a couple weeks work of pay for just under 2y of service? Anyone have historical knowledge?
IF ANYONE HAS INFO ON THE INVOLUNTARY LAYOFF PLEASE SHARE HERE
I feel like the company is just committing psychological warfare at this point. I called HR this morning, and they said the HR department is not informed at all about involuntary layoffs. This whole process from upper "management" goes beyond unprofessional. Sarah London stated that there would be layoffs in the first week of August. I am now hearing that the date is changing or that most people, including PLs don't even know what is going on. I get having to wait for VSP results, but if the fu--ing ceo says layoffs are a certain date, I would hope they would honor that statement. I'm just so stressed and over all of this bullsh-t.
7/29 layoff thread
Post here if you hear of layoffs today, or if you get the dreaded “catch-up” or whatever meeting on your calendar. Try to include location, org, etc. support each other and stay informed!
Who's ready for more big layoffs in ISG next week?
Will they take the opportunity to finally clean out more of ISG's clown car leadership or will they keep playing nepotistic games?
Hey Centeamers!!!
With all the VSP's approved and separation dates staggered from early September 2026 to end of 2027, we will still possibly have involuntary layoffs occur in mid August 2026 to help the company save some money. Even though we can't be transparent enough to tell you for sure, please keep work hard and diligently to ensure our providers and members are extremely satisfied.
Stuck
Im confused…..if they have what seems to be a lot of people taking the vsp……why would they leave us hanging until mid August?? There’s tons of people who volunteered to take the vsp…..but apparently theres still a layoff threat? Shouldnt the people who took the vsp be the first to go and that be enough since they basically volunteered ?
Layoff Criteria
Got this from someone who was laid off. Decision was made based on:
1) retention cost (those who have not been promoted for a long time in the same position, or those close to retirement age)
2) performance reviews from last 2 years (NS = chopping block)
3) last in first out (new hires)

Nearly 800 employees to be laid off
- Wellstar stated that exactly 761 employees from the corporate and shared services functions, and certain administrative roles, will be laid off.
- This round of layoffs will not affect any frontline medical workers.
- The company did not specify exactly when the layoffs would go into effect.

Would anybody volunteer for a layoff?
If it was offered? I need this job, but I'm thinking there are those who wouldn't mind leaving with a package. Wouldn't it be better giving them that opportunity and saving some jobs for folks who really want to stay instead of starting indiscriminate cuts right away?
Do we still think there'll be involuntary layoffs?
With nearly everybody approved for VSP, is there still a need for additional layoffs?
Layoff Details
I’m hoping someone can be kind enough to tell me what is provided in the layoff package? Salary is for every 10k 2 weeks paid? (Been with USAA 7 years) ? But first, you get a 90 day notice? Benefits? I’d really appreciate it if anyone can give me the breakdown? And is it a lump sum or paid month over month? Thanks
