1:1? A phone call? An email? Something else? What should we be looking for?

It started with 5 AM emails. No manager notification. Several people ranging from Ic2 to M5 gone. Time will tell how many by end of the day.

I did not see the email of the RIf until about 8 hours later EST when I was able to access my work email just one last time, and there was an email sent at 6:01 AM. There, in that email, there is a link that you click to verify your personal email address along with your name and work email.

After that, I was not able to connect to work email. So if you haven't tried to reconnect into your work email, try again and you will see an email that says: Immediate Action Required.

The assumptioin is you will get documentation for severance and anything else in the coming weeks. I heard within 2 weeks give or take if not sooner.

Someone previously posted an email from our beloved CEO about impending layoffs and most requisitions going to India. I was laid off a couple weeks ago. Was that email or any other corporate comms ever sent?

I applied last week and received an email saying that my manager was going to be notified within 24 hours for 'transparency'. I havent even spoken to the recruiter yet. Is this a new thing now? I had applied before and never received this email before.

Whoever is in charge of the email system and making all of these changes to it - please stop!! It’s absolutely terrible now with spotty connectivity and freezing up, over and over again.

The email they sent after the meeting with skip manager to tell us we were being laid off said “For pay statements, you will need to access the ADP portal: https://my.adp.com/“. There was also some instruction to update our personal email in Employee Central, but I did that on Aug. 31 and still cannot access ADP. I tried to ask the person who sent the “Important transition information email” (before last Wednesday when still had email access) but never received any reply. Anyone know how to access the ADP portal to see pay statements ?

We all got the email regarding the budget and frozen travel requests. How is it fair for the product teams to dial into meetings while a bunch of clueless salespeople in RCS go to meetings in person just to take notes?

I have been in five meetings recently where the salesperson was at the client site but didn't say more than “hi” and “bye”.

It’s probably better to cut RCS budget & HC than product and engineering. There are simply many of them in sales.

Based on Shankar’s email, can we conclusively assume that layoffs are done for TPG at least? It seem to hint at that direction I would say.

It’s September 1 at 6 AM IST. Have any IDC folks received layoff emails yet?

Just wanted to check on the timing. If the system sends the email out at 6:00 AM local time in North America, does that mean the team in India will get their termination emails about 2 hours and 30 minutes later, around 8:30 PM EST tonight?

AT&T sent me an email that I will be receiving a $0.33 credit for multi-hour internet outage earlier this week. AT&T, in the kindness of their heart, rounded up to make sure I was fully compensated for the outage. And to make it even better, I only have to wait a couple of billing cycles for me to receive it! What a great program!

Anyone else seen the culture take a nose dive for the worse since February? People stressed, checking out, listening to coworkers get screamed at on calls by on fellow coworkers and nothing happens as a result of the unprofessional behavior. Departments fighting with one another. Not agreeing on the direction to take on projects or even the go-forward strategy for the company. People sending nasty, sarcastic emails to one another. Terrible!

Anybody get any emails this weekend? That's when they've typically been doing it lately.

If anyone hears of or gets the boot, please post this coming week.

We've got an email 1:1 appointment with business objectives. I talked to others, at least 10 ppl. 15 years was not enough, for this beast.

Is this email being sent to everyone in the U.S ? Or it was sent only to a specific group/class of people? I understand that some employees may want to keep this to themselves, if he/she received the email.

Quite a few notices were emailed out to employees affected this week.
