Are we always safe from being laid off? It seems that’s the mentality in our group. Even though our work is getting less and less.

There was a time when Harris (Palm Bay) had a fantastic program for the end of year holidays. They did decorations, and handed out toys to every child.

Is it true they laid off all the site managers, or field operation techs, or whatever they call them now?

Since the onset of all these recent changes, reduction in workforce, and major leadership shifts we have seen so many changes in the organization. With the way they are shifting away from the normal process for formulating our campaigns and it makes it look like they’ll likely start purging people from Marketing and Demand Generation based in this new model they are leveraging. I do not feel like I have job security. To speak candidly, I was more cautiously optimistic prior to this and now I am legitimately worried for me and fellow coworkers. Am I the only one that feels this way? I can just feel there’s going to be another round of layoffs before the end of the year. Thoughts?

What’s the point of having HR people that their only response is go to red? And that thing never has answers. So tired of getting zero support from people that have no idea what they are doing. They don’t do talent scouting, they don’t give support and they keep messing up the simplest activities of their position.

Guyana’s extraordinary Flush Production is starting to decay quickly. Field wide the 2 latest development FPSOs have reached plateau and are witnessing daily oil production declines. Liza the first FPSO development is now firmly below 90,000 bopd with a yearly decline of 6.6%. The actual decline is further hampered by recent well issues with completion integrity and SCSSV reliability.

Field and reservoir staff are concerned that Guyana’s 5th FPSO Erria Wittu production will only buffer the legacy production declines and any production over the milestone 1,000,000 bopd will be short lived.

Does anyone know if these are two separate entities? I had an issue HR completely ignored. We received an email regarding the Ethics line. Has anyone got anywhere with this?

Now I realize I should have checked this board before I joined, but too late now. I'm just wondering, how often do layoffs take place? I can see that it's a few times a year at least but is it every six months, every quarter, or something else?

What are you making of this statement from Takis? I was initially expecting an other round of two of layoffs in October/November. Wasn’t sure what to expect now in light of his statements.
