My motivation checked out years ago, but I still do what I have to to get through the day. Decades ago, I loved this place. If somebody told me then this is what it'd turn into, I'd have laughed in their face.
Q3 results
Should we start a bingo card for the corny expected spin from the SLT when the Q3 earnings are posted? Can't wait for the town hall or fireside chat to hear how the reinvention is sailing along.
52 WEEK LOW - another one
Didn’t take long for us to hit another 52 week low - $3.38 officially registered today. My guess is we’ll be below $3 by earnings call time later this month. WOW!!
Tough Decisions
Use this board to call in sick or have your days off approved. Afterall, HR is watching. Heck, put in a ticket and you'll get a faster response. Believe me now?
10/9/25 XRX downward spiral
It’s really looking bad. Time to prepare an exit plan.
New flex PTO?
Do we keep our vacation time and PTO is flex or is all paid time off flex starting next year?
It's funny
Out of all the things people gripe about on here, it appears the only thing that gets taken down is when you talk about the CEO of Xerox, or make reference to the post being taken down (so this post may disappear). So I'm assuming these are the only... — read more
Did they really cut the CEO Club?
Is it gone, or just scaled back?

Any thoughts on what happens to our HCL teams?
Like it or not, a lot of work is done by HCL or TCS (maybe others]? What is the view as to if these will stay. because LEX has lots of employees in low-cost countries will work done by third party now just move to them?
I left this place 4.5 years ago….
And I come back in here to validate that I was right about everything …. It truly is the worst place I’ve ever worked … from the many of people to the management to the processes to the constant taking from tenured employees … Looks like the... — read more
PTO becoming FTO next year.
Vacation policy updated effective 1/1/26. Xerox going to the dreaded unlimited* time off policy. Absolutely limited and now we don't have to payout unused vacation time upon severance or overworking you.

It's getting lonely up there...
Sometimes, the truth is stranger than fiction. How, such a large group of inept middle and upper management can congregate in one place and conspire to hollow out the will to live of so many valuable employees across the globe, is a miracle to... — read more
Anniversary pin discontinuation
This is so asinine and an obvious employee dissatisfier that could it be they are doing it to push people over the top so they leave themselves? A lot less to pay in severance. I just can't imagine anyone making that decision on something that... — read more

Coming up to 2 years of Project Reinvention
October 2023 : “ By 2026, Xerox projects a rise in operating income by at least $300 million (€285 million), reverting to double-digit adjusted operating income margins”. October 2025 and the stock price if a quarter of what it was at the... — read more
The Reinvention scam
Steve B et al have run an iconic company to the ground. Buying a dollar store company like Lexmark was a terrible, terrible move (just like the many, many before). What a complete joke this company has become. No merit increases, no 401K match... — read more

Sooooooo looking forward to the Q3 Results
I wonder what word salad SteveB is going to come out with on the results release - will we have new words to add to our Lingo Bingo, or just the usual ones. Let’s see.
Xerox MAY be the first company in history to Achieve this.
A goodwill write-down being equal to a company's market capitalization is a highly unlikely and extreme scenario, but it is theoretically possible. For this to occur, a combination of severe factors would have to be in play. The link between... — read more
I’m almost out of here, and I’m not even upset anymore

Lexmark’s way? Sure - straight into a $790M loss
Some posts here are blindly cheering that “Lexmark is the only hope for Xerox” quoting some mythical +$289M EBITDA as proof. Well, I actually read Lexmark’s 2024 audited financials, and what I found is the exact opposite of a savior story. If you... — read more
