It's interesting I don't see anything in the press... closing call centers probably means hundreds of people are gone.

I have been here close to 5 years but I feel like my team is on the chopping block and being automated. Some People are getting moved to other teams and red badges let go.
I think eventually blue badges will be let go a couple at a time. Does anyone know if severance is provided for small cuts like one or two people or is severance only for the big LR's that get anounced for a large percent??

I got paid on March 13 (my last regular pay day), and again on march 20 (the beginning of severance). It’s been 2 weeks and I didn’t get paid again, I did not take their lump sum.

My manager is very confused about it too and colleagues at office strongly thinks it has to do with the lay offs. Its better to get severance and leave this place at this point.
