Are there any departments here at Molina that do not outsource or use offshore or contractors here on a Visa?

CTO made the IT department so burocratic and it can not solve any real problem nowadays.

CRO has no knowlegde of risk, background in operations/delivery, dumped all his Truist shares last year.

These two clueless have to be let go.

Here in Poland, at the Łódź manufacturing facility, the workload has been quite low lately—I would even say there is practically no work, especially on progressive lines and Line L1, where the vast majority of components are routed upstream to departments L3 and L4 (server production).
On Wednesday, a massive wave of layoffs hit two shifts, letting go of a significant number of agency workers. As a result, the total headcount was cut almost in half. To retain valuable personnel or certain individuals of interest, management is reassigning them to other departments where work is still available.
My question is: Is the situation the same at other Dell sites, or is it different elsewhere?

Are external applicants ever seriously considered for roles? And is HCSC even hiring right now or are the job postings all fake? Mixes messages as our department says there is a hiring freeze yet new jobs are posted daily.

Firstnet employees are no longer just dealing with typical downsizig but an active obstruction of a federal investigation. If you are an employee in this area, consider yourself warned and protect yourself immediately and get out. Feigning ignorance won’t save you.

Anyone heard of it? I talked to someone and they are meeting with folks from different departments to learn anout whay the departmentdoes. I never heard of it. Is this a program for folks that are about to get laid off but have no clue?

All required in person on Thursday and other departments will be forced to work from home.

I keep seeing post about October layoffs but no one is saying what department is in jeopardy? Do we not know? I’m just wondering if this time if it will be claims, benefits, Behavior Health, Evicore??? I know IT has already been hit pretty hard this year but wondering who’s department is next

Has anyone been transferred to a new team multiple times in the same year? And not under the same director. Is this a sign of a layoff coming?

I was recently re-allocated to a new (for me) department. I've been with the bank for 20 years and have been shuffled around before but it was usually due to old team being absorbed for another project. This time feels different. My boss and his boss pulled up to inform me that I was being moved to another department as they have an urgent need in GFC for investigations/research. I’m curious if anyone knows how/why it’s determined who gets moved off the team/department they’ve been in for 10+ years to a new department. My old team is still active and together, but I’m the one moved. For reference, Meets/Meets, B5, salaried.

SBHP recently started using PEGA to track "productivity". However, no one has a clear answer on how it works or what it's tracking. No one in our department has above 67% and people are being told to just click around more. Obviously that's not the solution because everyone would be successful at that point. Does anyone have any clear metrics or tactics that work?

The Department of Children, Youth, and Families implemented layoffs affecting approximately 11% of staff at the Echo Glen juvenile detention facility. Where is the budget coming from for my agent? Now that the official rollout has started, teams are going to be billed. Do people know this? Gonna cost my org an extra 300k/yr at least

Anyone in GFCCP/GI/Compliance affected? It seems a few in Risk and that was all? Seems a little worrisome and hence supports the rumors that there are additional layoffs to waterfall this week. Anyone have news from these departments?

Wf is in the rear view mirror for me now. I do recall a particularly odd event that happened to me and a few select others in my dept. Some received this random email along with a ton of others thru out the building. Wanting to know our opinions on things on stance about location strategy. Didn't really go over anything specific though it was vague but to be at certain room at a certain time.

I even asked my manager and she said she had absolutely no clue why, but go anyway. She had nothing to with it and she wasn't even on the list.
I was already incredibly nervous anyway because a month prior half the team was laid off out of the blue.

Anyone know which depts were impacted?

We haven't had a single big layoff in a while. Now it's more of a rolling thing: trim this team one week, cancel that project the next, slice another department the following month. If you heard about the latest cuts and were surprised, then you haven't been paying attention.

If the new SA position only covers MOW’s PTO. Who will cover open territories with no RTM? I’m not sure many DMs have the ability to do actual real work. Will they pile it on other RTMs? Good lord this is a mess. lol

Any new layoffs or news today? I feel so in the dark on whats going on as PLs are not discussing much. Our team was not impacted, but we have several who took VSP. We were also told that PHCO BH was safe for August. But I know that with so many other departments that WERE impacted, that is going to trickle down and affect us all. I keep waiting for that "transparency" that is preached about at every town hall.....

I and 3 others (all VSP) in my department have been given no direction on where to transition our work to. None of our work can be offshored.
