Yup, I’m part of NOVA and was laid off today.
Any thoughts on potential severance/buy out package? 56 years old on Solventum Dental Division , total 25 years 3M and Solventum.
Very big severance and Solventum is not a thing.
Guys, this is no secret. The company was spun off to get rid of 3m debt and then will be broken off to get shareholder value.
Solventum is a temporary name for the company, which is another reason we are all still remote and offices were closed.
Solventum will not exist in the future as all it's pieces will be bought or merged.
If you have been here a long time from 3M, hold on to see what the future brings as your severance will be very big. If you haven't then your choice is to hang on and see what happens or move on to another company.
Things are still not good in the economy so it might be better off to work on yourself and your skillset and look around to see what is out there.....
@cp I think he’s trying to tell you that their all paid actors and sipping 30 year old champagne knowing they are going to dismantle this co while so folks sit around and think things will get better…
