The date has to be Monday 24th of Aug. That’s 60 days before October 23. October 23 is the final RSU payout for any RSUs this year. Other 3 dates are in September: 15,19,20. I think this is sound reasoning.

Oracle is following hidden practice of retaining the H1b's and hiring H1b's always and getting rid of Locals. Either they should layoff H1b's this time more and disclose the numbers or They should hire only US and not H1b's
