I still have yet to receive any communication from IT for equipment return despite adding in my personal email before leaving as instructed. I called HR 2x asking and they just direct me to IT (who is outsourced and had no idea of the lay-off when I asked them about not receiving an email about equipment return). Also, no one has responded to the envelope they are supposed to send for any hard copy materials to be returned. Anyone else experiencing this?

Did you return all your equipment when you left? I was remote and I have a monitor, tons of cords, laptop, headset, safe cards, badge, and a laptop backpack. Kinda wanna keep the backpack and badge. Can I? The instructions in the box says nothing about the badge

I just received a 2nd notice from Optum today. No subsidy reflected yet. Still showing the full amount due ($2,200+ monthly). Over 2 weeks since my last day (9/4), which has been more than enough time for them to correct this situation. So frustrating. Keep any nasty or ignorant replies to yourself.

I am not getting a push notification for 2-Step authentication through IBM verify app... prompts w3 which I cannot log into because it was deactivated - need to do all of this so i can be "officially" fired..... seems there is no good IT support for "Alums"

My last day was 9/4. On 9/5 I got an email to change my workday info. I did. Last week I could log in just fine. now I’m completely locked out and I need a copy of my last pay. I’ve been on hold for an HR rep for 57 minutes now.
Is there an easier way to access our information???

I just tendered my resignation at BofA. Does anyone have any insight into the resignation process? Should I expect to hear from HR at any point, or is there anything else I should expect from the process besides tech return on the last day?

Has anyone who accepted VSP been able to access their last paycheck stub? If so, how did you access the 09/11 paystub. I tried logging into Dayforce and resetting my password but the system no longer recognizes my username.

I did not see the email of the RIf until about 8 hours later EST when I was able to access my work email just one last time, and there was an email sent at 6:01 AM. There, in that email, there is a link that you click to verify your personal email address along with your name and work email.

After that, I was not able to connect to work email. So if you haven't tried to reconnect into your work email, try again and you will see an email that says: Immediate Action Required.

The assumptioin is you will get documentation for severance and anything else in the coming weeks. I heard within 2 weeks give or take if not sooner.

I work in HR and I'm going on the record to anonymously confirm with everyone that 6am emails will be sent starting in the US. I work with a team in California overseeing the layoff process. Approximately 17,000 employees will be impacted globally. Please be aware that a follow up email will be sent to your personal email address on file. And if you haven't updated this email correctly and do not respond to the email sent, you will receive a letter in the mail with 2 weeks after being locked out. Also be aware you are still on the hook for Oracle equipment that must be returned to Oracle.

If the company were to announce any year-end workforce reductions or restructurings, could anyone clarify what the typical timeline looks like?

For those whose last working day was around September 4th, has everyone already received their severance package/agreement by email? I still haven’t received mine and just wanted to see if anyone else is still waiting. Thanks!

Does anyone know where we send our laptops if our last day was 9/4? I haven’t seen any instruction.

maybe I’m being impatient, but on the offboarding page it states that on our separation day we will receive an email to our personal email address with the instructions.

haven’t received anything yet. I have had to return equipment before and remember they sent the box to my house, then I went to FedEx, etc.

for those who have gone through offboarding, will this be the same process?

it’s my last week and there are so many emotions.

I’m thankful for the opportunities, sad but relieved it’s over, grateful that I can take time off and figure out what’s next… overwhelmed and afraid of all the unknowns.

it’s a big change. some of my colleagues have shared that they’re “jealous” I’m leaving, but I don’t think they understand what’s really on this side of the equation. I’m freaking out!

those who are leaving this week, what needs to be done for off boarding while wrapping things up?

They suddenly deactivated my account without anyone warning me. I was working on an important project and have a delivery next month. I know there are various layoffs happening in Europe, but usually they warn you before canceling your account. Has this happened to anyone else here? I don't understand if it's a mistake or a layoff.

I visited TheWorkNumber website and an entry under “Verifiers who have procured or attempted to procure your data in the past 24 months” appeared as having been pulled by Verizon in August.

Is this de rigeur for offboarding? I’d recommend everyone check theirs.

When will they contact those that are leaving to go over severance package , those that went thru this ,can you comment on process , can we keep life insurance if we pay premium,

I was let go last September and at least had a Zoom call, unlike the March mass e-mail RIF. Now that Oracle has a taste for e-mail RIF I can't imagine they go back to hundreds or thousands of zoom calls. Either way, if you are on the list your computer access will be disabled almost immediately after notification. Get your personal documents off of your work computer while you can, and ask for the personal contact information for people you want to keep in contact with. You won't have a chance later on. When Oracle decides they are done with you, you are done in an instant.

Resigned but manager ignoring, last day of notice is next week. If he doesn’t acknowledge my resignation in workday and I still don’t get off boarding or any kind of acknowledgment of resignation or instructions , can I just walk my laptop to tech express and give badge to security last day? Laid off a couple of months ago. On my last day I left a leaving note, thank you, wish you well etc and also my new email address and cell #.
Got a call from my old boss last week. Started off asking me how I was doing etc and then had the gaul to ask me about some project work I was working on before he let me go.
I was polite in saying, sorry, no idea and quickly finished the call.

What does fidelity care about and not care about as far as giving back equipment? I’m hoping I can keep the monitors, docking station and webcam but obviously won’t steal them. According to the fid central site if equipment is older than they like we can keep it but it doesn’t specify. Anyone know?

BD laid off a bunch on Friday before Mother’s Day. Not sure how many but it has been pretty constant for the year that groups get let go, many of them have been there a long time.

Hi all,

I was laid off today and received a link to a box folder for my end of employment documents.

I have my email and password but everytime I login, it asks for a 2FA code. Its been years since I logged in or did anything in personal box account. I dont remember setting up MFA.

So I cannot seem to access/login. Anyone had similar issues ?

Seeing admins and Senior Directors getting their accounts deactivated in real time who are based at PHK... so conversations are definitely happening. Exit convos should go through next Tuesday then org shifts after. Super sad!

The document says only laptop, power adapter, and Yubi keys need to be returned. Nothing else, right?
