Yes, can confirm it started today, Monday, September 14. US. Got 6 am email.
well we saw it for sure, Slack count dropped by over 3k and is still dropping. US at very least is affected
@a3 two provinces in IDC got public holiday on Sep14 - that's why there is a speculation that IDC will be affected on Sep15. Right now there is no ongoing mass layoff in IDC according to Slack count (IDC disconnects immediately, same as NA).
So speculation is that NA will start on Sep14, I guess we will see either in 4 hours or more likely in 7.5h.

Slack count is not moving, but it would move now only on IDC layoffs (they disconnect immediately), and they got public holiday on Monday Sep14.
Europe won't disconnect immediately.
