There is a lot of knowledge out there. More than a few know about upcoming layoff dates for FIS associates still servicing the FT contract. If not the dates, then the outcome. It would be a real kindness to let those expecting to be laid off know when that might happen. Clearly, this space is being watched carefully by many, spill.

Heard rumors that a few Grade 16 or higher roles without direct reports will be impacted due to re org and low level roles will be created to fill same positions for cost saving

I have seen folks say both ways. For us off boarded 12/19, was the 2025 STI included on the lump sum, or do we get it at the end of Feb 2026 when the percentage is available like normal? Did they just assume full pay out for us?
