The last Cost of Living Raise in stores happened in 2021 (part 1) and in 2022 (part 2).

The last Realignment happened in mid-2024.

The company seems to realign and give cost of living raises every few years since 2015.

Any chatter about the next ones?

2.75% average raises will happen this month. KM will wait to see how many quit then offer early retirement to some to try and keep the budget balanced.

What are they for nowadays? To belittle us some more and then give us no raises? It’s basically what they did. Everything is urgent in this bank except employee recognition and salary increases.

Except when it comes to bonuses, which mostly go to those on top. And layoffs, which mostly affected those of us not on top. And raises. And so on. But we're all in this together! /s

Who is eligible for a yearly bonus. Doesn’t seem very clear. I am getting the the feeling it’s only for upper management employees.

Pretty funny that LP announced that only 3rd world countries would be getting raises, some of the countries that were deemed worthy of raises are miles from US friends. I'll bet we haven't had raises in the US for like 10 out of 15 years, always some crisis, that results in a delay. How do you run a company like this? When workers complain about it, the answer is we saved jobs as a result of no raises and your lucky to have a job. Speaking on behalf of the people that are left, who cares! Let more people go. The funniest thing is that my big SVP who send us these strange demanding emails all the time threatens everyone that they won't get a raise next month when raises are planned if we miss achieving 20 different metrics he came up with at the start of the week. Anyone else at BTC surprised to receive a mid year raise? My supervisor said that I had earned it with my performance and also due to the rising inflation here in India. I thought raises were only in January so this is a nice surprise as a new hire that my salary is increasing already.

With all this good news being said about Lumen, why are raises for non-union employees not being given?

What is the average raise after graduating from the analyst program? Is 10% an average or that’s too high to expect?

My manager just discussed it - apparently majority of the OT employees think RTO is fine.

I work out of an office but most folks I collaborate with are virtual! It feels unfair.

And yes, I have started applying externally..not out of spite for RTO but because I am ready for a level up financially. The 2% raises are not helping at all.

Has anyone had success asking for a larger salary or extra bonus outside of the annual performance review? Since it's this company I'm guessing no but I figured I would ask.

So, I have confirmed it with multiple colleagues. Apparently in the last few weeks some of them indeed received salary raises, surprisingly nice ones. If you still haven't received, that means you have been skipped. What is weird - these raises do not follow any pattern, some best performers were skipped, some people who do not have "friends" in management granted, tenure also didn't matter. Seems almost random. I have no clue what this company is doing and it seems they also don't know it...

Bonus and pay increases are in! What’s the general consensus?

No equity refresh this year for me. Base increased measley 2%. CIP 9%.

FIS and WP promotions took place in July (first pay period) and that's when raises go into effect. Is GP traditionally a different time in the year? And does anyone know if we will move to July for the whole company, or whenever GP usually does it?

My manager apologized to me for the poor bonus and raise and he indicated my compensation has nothing to do to do with my performance last year, which was outstanding. He said this is what he was given, would habe loved to give everyone that deserved it more, but his hands were tied.

Now GK and EL to us to talk to our manager??? Why do they want to throw the managers under the bus when they have no control over compensation that has a cap.

Were we supposed to see our raises already for salary in America? Got a 3 for a ranking, thought we would at least see a cost of living raise effective April 1st

Especially with gas prices climbing. And since raises don't keep up with actual inflation, the rumored 5-day RTO would fit perfectly with their plan to push out as many of us as they can.

They used to always be mid March. Then two years ago it was mid April.

Are we getting raises this year?

Salary treatment will continue to be targeting low to no raises. Ask your supervisor where you are within your band. Most people will receive nothing to very little as salary bands are dropping and there is downward pressure on the CL promotions and CL level assigned to roles.
