People are running on fumes
The workload keeps growing, and the support keeps shrinking. I haven't seen a single meaningful change that would improve things in years. How are we supposed to keep working when we're all literally burning the candle at both ends?
How long do you bother staying at the office on your in person workdays?
I spend at least 8 hours in the office on my in person days. Is that necessary?
Reports are wrong, systems don't work and morale is in a Deep Hole

Elevance reported a net income of 1.46 billion dollars
As reported in the NYT this morning. Gail took full credit of course, but I could just envision her thinking “these RIF’s are working great! Gotta kick it into high gear”. Glad I retired a few months back and out of that stress.
