Who remembers that?! From January 2025, back when the stock was over $200.

Shannon Watkins, what was she thinking? And what was Frank B thinking when he hired Watkins?! (Probably, "I can't wait to get out of here and sell everything.")
She came off as a complete mo--n at the all-hands this morning. WTF is she tasked with?
Since the EU gave approval for the merger and the US petty states are getting restraining orders. To make the Ellison's bleed a little bit longer. Which is pointless as pretty much the Ellison's have a suit of lawyers. Ones that have gone to the highest courts.
Get ready for our upper MGMT (directors and above) to be getting AI memos and toupees mug shots. Trying to claw a clear pathway on the rungs on this ladder.
The deal is done. Merger approved. A bunch of bloodbaths coming soon near your next dynamic broadcast. Stop holding on.. on second thought. Join those in news who keep trying to inflict 60 minutes of pain. Maybe you can all hold hands and pray and move the show to Saturdays, instead of Sundays. If you get my reference.
Enjoy!
BP ex-chair Manifold planned to remove Director Amanda Blanc

Recently attended an Agency travel trip with the top SF agents in the company. The common feedback shared with Chairman’s Council and other executives during the trips sessions was agents have lost TRUST with SF senior leadership. Wow….That speaks volumes for the >20k agents selling and servicing SF products.
You should be thinking like an executive saying to yourself how much can I strip out of this company while contributing as little as possible.
The answer is: this TRP MC member recently joined the board of another public company.
Does anyone know how much we spend on FIFA?
It is actually impacting sales?
I keep seeing executives posting about how great is was (as they attend all the events) but they never mention if it is actually helping sales.
I had the impression that Chris was offered the position of next CEO, understanding that to decline meant he walked himself out the door. I guess it counted as an "involuntary termination without cause," which is worth $11M in severance.
Barry’s $11.2 million severance package for the involuntary termination of his employment without cause from Solventum is subject to his continued compliance with restrictive covenants, the company said.

I want to know the opinion of the layoff board members here.
Execs frequently use political actions (incl. backstabbing) and complex organization systems.
Aggressive behavior and self-admiration also help these leaders.
I see that many executive leaders speak for long periods because they like their own voices.
This behavior is a part of self-admiration.
Hearing that our ELT had just returned from time away in Aspen together.
While we never see them here in Houston and never take meetings off the executive-only floors, they apparently need fresh mountain air to recover from the rigors of their hectic schedules entertaining on the private island, flying $60MM private jets to New York to speak to investors, and host happy hours with VIPs on the 14th floor.
Who will be the next CEO? If the board lets Khalaf stay until 65 or if they cut him, they need a successor, stat.
Great news, everyone! There's a $9,500 weekly budget for first-class flights (up to $5,500) and five-star hotels so executives can visit the new GCC in India... to help outsource your job.
But don't worry, we're all "one team." Yippee!
Am I to understand we're getting yet another Pepsi person at Paradigm? In charge of MDR and AI Products? What the he-l does that even mean? We're just making up executive positions.
And yet another vendor that is friends with G-yatri doing some bad live podcast that he got paid god knows what to do?
More nepotism happening at Paradigm than the White House.
Maybe I'll look for work at Pepsi, seems to be the only place safe from G-yatri's friends at this point.
I heard that this time around the direct managers had an input on who leaves and who stays. Does anyone know if this is true? My understanding was that the execs are the ones who make those decisions. Does anyone know the criteria?
Dan Schulman’s employment contract as CEO of Verizon runs for 27 months, extending through December 31, 2027. He officially took the helm in October 2025 to lead a consumer-driven reinvention and strategic overhaul of the telecom company.
Did anyone else here this? The board was doing the same for Sampath before Dan sacked him.
Whatever happened to the VLC shadow board? I was energized and excited by the LinkedIn posts and game changing thought leadership. It’s clear that it made a real difference in the company, and I hope Dan and what’s left of his leadership team continue this tradition as we play to win for our customers and communities!
The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, the body overseeing the implementation of United States monetary policy, has announced the creation of five task forces intended to evaluate and improve the Fed's operations. In a press release, Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh named the "external advisers" who will lead each task force, ranging from economics professors to AI investors and corporate executives—executives like Xbox CEO Asha Sharma, who will preside over a task force on employment and productivity.

Look around AT&T and you will many executives with a strategy title. Why not leverage AI to define our strategies and reduce executives responsible for this. When u listen to these folks talk they are saying the same thing financial analyst are already saying about AT&T. Everyone can come up with strategies, why overpay someone for this.
These executives are evil.
What legacies did TG and other recent retirees leave behind? Better or worst?
Congrats to T Leadership for tanking AT&T Stock to new 52 week low — looks like all the layoffs, corporate real estate selloffs and cost cutting is paying off. Only T executives could get paid millions for running the company into the ground.
Do you think there will ever be a change to the current structure where promotion is based on who you know, and not on your performance and accomplishments?
Pretty ridiculous to see senior executives that do not have more than a bachelor's degree. If even that. No surprise that many at that level are lacking the intellectual capacity to lead efficiently.
Those people know that they will never get a comparable job anywhere else and will do anything to stay creating a cesspool of political games and backstabbing.
self proclaimed transformation agent, from GBT American Express travel. A travel website? To running all of tech for a top fintech? Another bad decision by Lyons that now we all have to live as he's on to the next company to tank. Mike's short tenure here was a complete disaster. Look at the people he hired. The prima donna queen of AI, and more useless payroll. I hope Takis cleans house or this place sc--wed.
How has no exec internally brought up the lawsuit about securities fraud. The silence is deafening.

Meanwhile the C level still have their off-sites with expensive food and drinks like the world is rosy. And the stock keeps sinking lower
Cesar just announced the President Club. Roughly 150 people going to Four Seasons in Sydney. What's something like that gotta cost? How many FTEs could it have saved?
Ajay from Oracle and Adobe? I guess we like dinosaur companies that move at a glacial pace and nickel and dime their customers for legacy products running on fumes from the glory days.
Panos was a Infra Leader? He had no experience leading entire eng orgs of backend, API, frontend teams. At best he's a SRE/Data Center guy, no wonder.
Tuckness started as a Five9 intern and every 1 or 2 years got promoted? He could not possibly have been that good.
JDR was at Skype? You know that team who's own company replaced it (Teams) because the product went downhill so quickly.
Why does Optum have so many Directors and VP’s who don’t have direct reports? If I were trying to trim the fat, that is the first question I would ask.
This is why so many hours are spent making PowerPoint presentations just the right color, etc. Oh the stories I could share about the board visits to the Delaware Basin in New Mexico.

So USAA is doing corporate investigations on lower level employees for RTO, yet they keep hiring executives to be remote, how hypocritical is that? I submitted a JAR earlier today once I saw on LinkedIn the new Chief Information Security Officer is remote. My reasoning, my director is remote in San Diego, ED is remote in New York, a girl on my team remote in Hawaii, and another girl remote in New Mexico and a guy remote in Iowa. Yet I’m the only one in office (Charlotte) and I live in South Carolina, but since it’s only 58 miles and not 60, I’m told to be in office.
Where is the World Cup travel and boondoggle money coming from all of a sudden?

When the SEC files a complaint against executives and a company agrees to pay a record penalty, most people expect accountability. When employees raise concerns about company culture, leadership decisions, or practices they believe deserve scrutiny, they often expect their voices to be heard. What happens when those expectations collide? The public record provides some interesting answers.
Turning over like crazy!!! Normal or worrying??
No press release from PayPal yet but they are usually asleep so no surprises there.

How is Dan approving hans travel expenses but cutting for everyone else. Also, what is Hans doing as special advisor?
Leslie is in the front and center. Sam is out .. she is the new face of leadership.. I told you guys.. she is not going anywhere.
