All the other services have been on a downtrend, now it looks like the PBM side is being impacted. Doesn't seem like Evernorth is trying very hard to maintain its growth. With them already announcing that they're building "offshore campuses" a few months back seems like they'll be cutting a lot of people soon.
Great news folks, we are getting transformed!!
Some rumors I’ve been hearing is that the transformation team has been meeting since Q2 to restructure everything; meaning that they are going to announce layoffs in Q4. When? Have not heard.
It is going to be across all BUs and Roles regardless of direct or indirect billing.
So get your resumes ready. Reason being is that they are expecting to have a terrible next year.
Does anyone here know if associates with CarelonRx were also let go last week? Looks like MegS team affected.
Wondering if anyone has any insight into the process of international layoffs? Would each HR dept be given a budget/number of people to let go? Or would decisions already be made from up top in the US on departments to lay off etc?
It's total nonsense. My manager reviewed my workload yesterday, and I've received 40 percent more work since we lost five members of our team. But he indicated I need to close my SR faster since we are under more secruinite and my metric doesn't match his standard. Wtf
I don’t see the point in working harder to improve our team metrics just so my manager can look better to his director.
I’m not putting in extra effort; where’s my pay raise? What’s the point when this company is laying off people? I’m just here to collect a paycheck until I find a new job.
My friends were let go despite being high performers, and I have no desire to go above and beyond for this organization. It really feels like a terrible company. Is the moral low in other team?
I told my manager I can only do what I can and there is nothing else for me to improve. He was not happy but who caresssss…
I’m seeing many resignations on LinkedIn following the selections.
I’m seeing teams recruiting externally for data scientists after layoffs.
I’m hearing of unqualified people, with no background in data science, being given positions, whilst others are let go.
I’m hearing that AI has been moved under CNE?!
WTAF?
Our ranting and ravings, mine included, have subsided. Are we tired, ambivalent, still working through the results? I myself am not looking forward to dealing with the mess we will be left with.

In preparation for layoffs is anyone searching elsewhere? How are you finding it? If not, why aren't you looking?
As we all know, Thomson Reuters does massive layoffs every year in November. If you got a really good review on your midyear review, can you assume that you’re safe this year? Has anyone ever heard of someone getting a great review during their mid year review but still finding themselves in the lay off list that year?
Layoffs already took place on 9/18, with more planned in 4–6 weeks and again in January—confirmed by someone in HR. The company is steadily offshoring more and more jobs from the US to India, unless a contractual agreement requires the role to remain in the US. For those not billing their time to projects, it’s only a matter of time. This organization is going downhill fast, and it’s disheartening. I honestly wish the government would step in—this is a US healthcare company, yet they’re outsourcing our jobs offshore to people who have no real investment here.
U.S. employees should brace for next week’s layoffs. I advise you to get any files you want to keep off of your computer by printing or emailing. Watch for discrimination among the jobs being eliminated by October 1st. Do not sign any documents at the time of layoff until you see an attorney/labor lawyer. I know many of you that will be laid off likely have grounds for a lawsuit based on ageism, gender (females young and old) retaliation, etc. Hold Cenovus accountable for their massive double standards for male vs female employee, and treatment of such during a company downsizing.
I am a reporter in Wyoming working on a story about the recent carmen layoffs in Green River Wyoming.
If that is you, I would love to hear your behind the scenes take, at Renee@CowboyStateDaily.com.
Is it just UHG picking org charts, or is it the VP's Directors, offering up people on bigger teams as tribunes?
Today, myself and several of my colleagues in Learning and development were laid off in a round of “reorg.” This was the third reorg in 3 years. They had announced a reorg over a month ago, but when executives were asked about layoffs during a meeting, they evaded the question. Today, they also refused to disclose how many people were affected.
This company is absurd. Every October, they conduct layoffs. The executives should be the ones laid off.
Im still waiting to hear about the severance package. Anyone know?
I was layoffed from comtech seems they don’t have enough work coming in
Anyone know who all is expected to be impacted this week.
Very interesting how the dates are late in the month for September and October.
Good luck everyone!
Layoffs are ongoing until we're all gone

Do we know this for sure?
Hearing 10% across all ti by end of Q4. Salaried employees targeted, hourly will see smaller impact. 2 phase reduction plan could start Wednesday. Lots of rumors being floated, but be prepared.
OP: @11a+1k5ckbav5
Did anyone see a LD position posted with JD of "be responsible for delivery of enterprise-wide reduction needs"
Selling off and laying off in Europe and Americas.
Why did Aramco invest in this? At the end of the day its all the same Saudi bank account but not a good look.
But for the rest of us - run. Start putting yourself first, because no company ever will. If you’re not already looking at other options, you’re late. Don’t kid yourself that loyalty, long hours, or dedication mean anything. They don’t. Your skills are yours alone. Treat them like currency and use them for your future, not for a company that’ll cut you without blinking.
I’ve already come to terms with probably losing my job, and honestly, I couldn’t care less about this sh---y company anymore. What’s worse is I don’t even have the energy to stress about finding the next job. I’m just exhausted, like I assume most of us are. I don’t even know how to properly process this. Layoffs aren’t new to me, I’ve been through them at other companies, but this time it feels different. Thanks to the constant uncertainty, lack of opportunities, and daily tension, it feels like a deep, lingering malaise.
An engineering, procurement, and construction solar company, Blue Ridge Power, will be laying off 517 employees across its Asheville and Fayetteville locations as it winds down operations. The layoffs, which will affect 348 workers in Fayetteville and 169 in Asheville, are scheduled to take place by November 18. This decision was communicated through a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) filed with the North Carolina Department of Commerce.

LAYOFFS STARTING IN NILES IL LOCATION
The fact that we are going to 4/1 when there is only 1 desk for every 1.3 employees at Harbor Point makes me think that we will have more layoffs before bonus time. There are literally not enough desks for people to reserve 4 days a week right now.
With all the go slow, make offers, hold off on offers, requisition review etc. etc. just wondering where it’s all going for the staff on the front lines who hire when the company continues to lay off…it just seems so odd. Never experienced such a conflicting corporate message. Thoughts on what will be for us in HR/TA?
Heard this from the HR slaves and also people close to functional leadership - there is another round coming within 18-24 months to further reduce “fat” - wow. Better luck next time jumping off this sinking ship of utter gloom and doom. The leadership and managers remaining are all nepo lovers and love the brown nosing incompetent “friends”. More with less. Woohoo!
https://dwd.wisconsin.gov/dislocatedworker/employer/tools/notice/wbcml-overview.htm
Covered employers must provide written notice 60 calendar days in advance of a business closing or mass layoff or reduction in hours.
Employers generally are covered by the WBCML law if they employ 50 or more persons in the State of Wisconsin and Make a reduction in the workforce which affects at least 25% of the workforce or 25 employees, whichever is greater or at least 500 employees.
Two or more groups of employees who are affected during a 90-day period may be considered in aggregate when determining whether the business closing or mass layoff thresholds have been met.
How was wave 2 outcome for you? Were you selected or left standing?
Bankrate has laid off more than 150 employees on September 17th, 2025 across all business units and functions
Ive read 9/24 is a round of layoffs but I have also heard February Q1 after makor restructuring is done from Fishbowl. When will it be TTS turn?
“As an application company, we knew we had to start generating our applications. We just couldn't do it with armies of people anymore. We still need people, don't get me wrong, but the number of people we need is substantially less. We can build/generate much better applications than we can hand-build. We've been working on these AI application generators for some time, and we're actually using them. The thing is, we're not just building application generators. We're building application generators, and then we're building the applications, which gives us insights to make the application generator better.”
Conlusuin:,Most laid offs employees have been replaced by AI
Has anyone heard anything else from uk and emea lay offs? I've seen Ireland starting to be hit and UAE have taken a hit this week/last week but still nothing for anywhere else.
Sep22 6am UTC - Sep23 7am UTC totals: 392 layoffs, 128 additions.
September totals (except Sep01): 5497 layoffs, and 810 additions.
Methodology and day-by-day breakdown is in comments.
Is that even possible? These are the numbers sent from their communications, sound like support will be gone from Oracle soon. This is such a high number.
From a company that care so much of their customers lol
Worst day in the history of this company, most of the people were laid off - global functions, AMER region.
Half of the people who got the letters have time only till Jan 23, then they will be laid off.
For rest handful of people, package is same, rest benefits go down, specially the bonus was reduced to less the 50% of the current one.
Curious case, a web marketing leader with 13 years was laid off, in comparison to a leader who just joined the company in July.
So much politics, so much biasness.
For Group 2 and Group 3 - leave while you can, only those will survive who are good at licking.
RR sold this company, sold the lives of thousands of people, shame on him.
worst CEO in the history of this industry.
