Given all the pseudo prognosticators of dark times, I haven't heard of any notable layoffs this year in Dearborn.

No need for layoffs when managers are told to make up ratings from their a-s and forced to rate 50% workers as inconsistent. People who have dignity and talent just leave on their own (most do). The ones who are left are either on H1B visa or something else. Company is just walking into an abyss and no one gives a sh-t anymore.
Thats a blatant lie. Not only are you bad at math, but you lack fundamental integrity. Makes your posts even more worthless.
@b7
I’m not in the studio, but the same thing happened to me a few months back for the same reasons that you mentioned.
FNV4 team earlier this year and handful of marketing / comms folks last month
After the 2022 cuts, Farley figured out not to make a spectacle of these things. I had a relative in the studio get shown the door this week. Guy had top-notch reviews his whole career, right up until the last couple review cycles. My guess? He was close to his pension and they wanted him off the books — had nothing to do with how he actually performed. After decades of service, that’s a he-l of a lousy way to treat someone.
They never lay off the people that should go, like the “General Manager of Safety and Security services” and team of losers who collect paychecks for delivering nothing of value in their entire career, at nowhere but Ford. Zero other experience. Total waste of resources.
4 people got let go at the Windsor site
Underperformers (based on PR metrics) and various groups have been laid off (I.e. some marketing) throughout the year. I do believe it is piecemeal to not create any WARN notices or unnecessary bad publicity. Some voluntary separations as well because of RTO. Feels likely to continue…
Nothing in Model e due to stability.

Define significant. There have been several orgs cut or removed in small waves which kept the noise down. Complete with agreements to not say anything
