I know what’s wrong or ongoing issues, so I wouldn’t choose or recommend certain vehicles to friends or family. As a buyer you don’t know otherwise unless told so.

With more and more organizations going to 5-day RTO, I'd expect a mediocre, follow-the-herd company like Cigna to fall in lockstep within the foreseeable future.

This thread is typically pretty quiet. New DQ president is coming in hot and heavy with the changes. Already laying people off. My thoughts go out to anyone affected. This has been such a great company to work for and I’m on edge for what the future brings.
