Sooooo glad I retired. The leadership of this organization is a complete joke.

I HATE MY LIFE
CSO is such a horrible place to work that they aren't allowing people to volunteer to be laid-off because that would force them to give severance. Instead they just are watching people leave on their own and that way they can rehire in made-up non-hub Charlotte of Wells Fargo and AIG misfits. It also allows their Baich reports to justify moving back there after many were told to move although also allow some to live in non-hub places like in Florida.
I know that some CSO folks got a move it or lose it notification. They have until November 1 to be relocated to Charlotte. A couple I know have agreed to move, while others have not. :-(
They should start at “the top”.
