Verizon has plans to sell off CO’s. They’ve already started. Dan wants to make it a lean mean Verizon machine.

How much work are techs doing now? Once all the copper is gone so are a majority of jobs.
Customer service representatives need to be replaced. Most of them jumped on the wfh, making them as worthless as an outsourced rep. But why pay them $100k. It’s time to let all he dead weight go.
