I'm seeing lots of "good roundtable", "great roadshow" type posts. Unfortunately that seems like a red-ish flag to me.
I guess business lines are doing ok? (Maybe One Talk is helping.) Not sure if the AI Connect stuff is real or not.

Not sure the context but, in a lot of cases, leadership will stand in a pool of sh!t they created and tell the world it smells like roses and is better than anyone expected. They even say it to the people that stood next to them and watched them freak out when things fell apart. You know the ones. Be honest. I think the worst I ever saw left a year or so ago and always said his clear failures where the best thing Verizon had ever done. 1ERP anyone?
One high level, well known director recently told a manager that they were safe as long as they were under them.
How awkward was it a week later when the email went out announcing that the director was moving to an entirely different org unrelated in evey way to the current org because they felt like the time was right for a change.
Yeah they knew it was happening when they told the manager they were safe.
To be fair, they didn't lie. The manager was safe... for that week.
It would be funny if it wasn't so sad.
