Ignore the reservation and use the room anyway. Worst thing that can happen is they ask your to leave.

The worst is when you want to use one of those smaller 1-person spaces just to chill for a few minutes, and the person who was in it before you stunk it up with some nasty micro-heated or fast food lunch smells.
Yes, often booking says " reserved for [whatever] team, 9am - 4pm." So, usually empty, covers all team members. The smaller one person spaces are where people sleep and hang out all day with blankets and slippers, eat lunch. Check it in Alpharetta. Short story - nobody cares who should care.

Selfish creeps who reserve it in half-a55ed expectation of coming in to satisfy RTO requirements, then just flaking and staying home as usual, without giving their colleagues the courtesy of cancelling the res. to free up the room.
They probably think they can use proof of the reservation itself, as being "evidence" that they physically were there in the office, too. Low level knucklehead behavior.
