Leadership face to face sessions

How many leadership face to face sessions are taking place this/next week? Any bets that “cost savings” is a big topic?

MN employees are soon to be required to RTO 5 days a week to cover the cost of running the heat at 65 degrees by using there body to help warm the the open spaces. Thank you for your attention to this matter .... MN site leaders.

@a9 RTO is designed to put the cost burden on employees. Maximizing your labor is not enough. They also want you to spend your money and time. Employees lose time commuting and wandering around the caverns we work in. Employees spend thousands annually on clothing, gas and mediocre cafeteria lunches. The cost of “collaboration” is a burden on employees while Medtronic reaps all the benefits.

What leadership won’t admit, though, is all of us get less work done in the office than we do at home.

Yup, we had one with my team. We were told we need to tighten our belts and find more ways to cut cost. However, we are still required to RTO even though gas prices had gone through the roof! So cost savings for Medtronic, but no cost savings for the employees.
