If Ford truly cared about us, they would either up our pay, or let us WFH an additional day each week, to compensate us for the price of gas used coming into the office.

Does anyone know how much tax is taken out of severance package?
If you were getting a sum of 27k severance pre tax, how much would that be after taxes are taken out? Is it like 19k?
Anyone know how to check your paystub now?
Anyone know?
Dividend vs employee pay
Curious perspective: The company has all but ki-led chances of promotion with this new approach to business approval for increase of an individuals grade. You need to have some serious power behind you now if you want that next pay grade - GOOD LUCK! Seemingly, at the same time there appears to be a lock down on performance of wealth, the executives down to directors/RLT receive stock as part of their performance, and not that ridiculous new VCIP rule that you just about can't cash in because they're rolling people out through the night, but a spot bonus as a result of their grade. Dividends are being paid out at a huge sum, while alot of the stock is owned by the uppers who none of us ever see. It's almost as if the money is moving to individuals through the stock attraction of high dividend. I admit, I'm not economist but why are we do eager to pay out the high rate when we are still struggling to get our cost per barrel down?
Raises
Does everyone get a raise?
Below the posted range
I looked up my role's pay band last week. I'm five thousand below the bottom number. What do I even do with that information?
What are the rules regarding PTO?
Are we eligible to be compensated if laid off?
Arvind's house just sold for $2,375,000 - What time is his flight home to Bengaluru to live happily ever after?
What is the over/under betting for Arvind's golden parachute as IBM stock drops to $228 down from $324 in a year. I am going with $250,000,000.
Look at the raid of IBM (and imagine the totals for all the other do nothing "execs") below for the last 4 IBM CEOs.
No one knows anyone on the IBM BoD Board of Directors nor what they do other than show up for the steak and lobster dinners. Remember, Arvind is his own boss being both CEO and Chairman of the Board. That is perverse when the CEO is both.
IBM has a very fat and bloated BoD with 14 do nothings. All make approx $500,0000 a year. That is a cool $7,000,000 that goes to them every 12 months plus stock options all stolen from IBM shareholders and employees.
Gerstner started the IBM raid and walked away with over $400,000,000+ and laid off over 100,000 amazing people over 18 months (I was there IBM Chatbot cheerleader).
Gerstner's book "Who says elephants can't dance" should have been titled "Who says I can't rip off IBM in the largest corporate raid in hostory?".
Palmisano $271,000,000

Cloud Compensation Vs Cloud Outcomes - Join Cloud Migration Team
There’s been a lot of discussion lately around compensation concerns. One potential path to address this is by transitioning to the Cloud Migration team under the Head of Cloud Transformation (A.C.). This group is strategically positioned within the organization and maintains strong alignment with executive leadership, including the CIO.
For those aiming to significantly increase their compensation, roles such as Technical Senior Product Manager or Principal Engineer within Cloud Transformation appear to offer substantial upside. Many individuals in these positions have recently received promotions, recognition awards like “Legends,” and compensation packages reportedly in the $300K–$500K range. Some team members also benefit from flexible, home-based arrangements, with less emphasis on traditional cloud delivery work.
Additionally, there seems to be less concern around return-to-office expectations for this group, as both the leader and their direct reports are viewed as operating within a more flexible or privileged setup. There are even instances where individuals have received top recognition despite not being directly involved in cloud delivery.
Exempt/NonExempt Change for FE and CM
Change announced as of 4/27/2026 @ 1:00pm EST
Our departmental groups have been chatting about this potential since the beginning but the info finally dropped. That group is just but one of the many departments being squeezed to absolute death with due dates and high expectations of the perpetual ‘pull-in’ cycle of doom.
At the very least, we could look forward to being appropriately compensated via overtime. With that having been taken away as soon as Friday, I ponder how many people will leave prior to the handoff. Likely stick around for the ‘retention bonus’.
Wild a-s info but sadly it’s been expected for a while now.
We still have a couple days left, who the he-l knows what other last minute thing they may pull out of their a-s.
Godspeed ya’ll.
Abbosh get massive raise for “Partially met expectations” rating

This is really obtuse to give this joker a pay raise while employees suffer through no raises, compressed and lowered pay scales, artificially calculated demotions for profit.
The fleecing of workers is so obvious, but here we are.
Last pay increase
How bad was it for you?
Pay?
I’ve been at Nike for a while in a level 35, I just assumed directors and sr directors made a little more than me. Then talking to colleagues that are friends, didn’t realize directors make 200k+, sr directors 300k+. I feel like 75% of my team is directors & sr directors and now everything happening makes more sense. Not sure if those numbers are correct, but if they are with the amount of directors and sr directors at the company I understand why we are cutting all these jobs. 4 of the directors on my team don’t even have a report lol.
New Commission Structure
While the new commission structure promises more pay when you hit 100% of their goals, I feel as if people are not getting paid on about 75% of the commissionable work they do. We all know there are slow months and better months, this new system doesn't account for any of that. Is this the quiet firing that everyone is talking about?
No more VAC payouts when you leave employment
Has anyone heard of this new policy?
For those who were Laid Off, if WF asked you to come back, would you?
If the bank asked you to come back, same pay, same position, as if you never left, would you do it?
Focal review
Bonus and pay increases are in! What’s the general consensus?
Executive did appear to be capped 2%
I guess it was just us losers that were capped at 2% for year end raises.

Manteca Police, Firefighters Avoid Layoffs Through Concessions
Manteca police and firefighters avoided scheduled layoffs. Both associations agreed to significant compensation concessions. Police officers will now contribute 18% of their gross pay to PERS. Firefighters increased their PERS contributions and left three positions vacant. These agreements help the city address a $4.2 million budget shortfall.

What are the buyout terms going to be?
vs salary and comp?
anyone know?
No $$$ 4 me but lotta $$$ 4 U
Hemsley - please note: received no raise, while your compensation increased. That delta's super to acept.
I have been with the company for more than a nine yrs, and it is soooo frustrating to see long-term employees treated as though their contributions do not matter. Many of us have lost confidence in management's ability to lead effectively. Repeating the same scripted remarks every quarter does not address the real issue, and employees are tired of hearing it.
People want fair pay, not more corporate language. If compensation does not improve, the company risks losing experienced employees who have carried this business for years.
It is discouraging to see reports that we received nothng while the stock price rises. That only reinforces the perception that leadership is rewarding itself while ignoring the people doing the work.
Why XOM RSUs su-k compared to tech
Feeling good about the stock price? Look at tech stock returns over any period and cry. Your RSUs are pathetic compared to the wealth engine that RSUs are at tech companies.
DXC Execs pay rises ahead
With the Employee rises of 0% settled for another year its time for the Execs to take their big haul again. Internally DXC give the message that things are bad and they can't afford pay rises, on the Results calls they say all is going great and then go and take their rises. They always take raises at the beginning of the fiscal year, leaving employees at the end of the year. Del bean even goes as far as saying money has been budgeted for employees this year, then the money then evaporates i guess into the dodgy Execs accounts.
DXC Execs are one big lie, Will they get raises this year, whats your guess?
Where do you guys get your list of "high cost" locations?
I have seen just about every location in North America on one list or another here saying it s a "high cost" market. They can't all be high cost. I guess what i really want to know is what cities/states are considered "low cost" if any exist.
GK and EL threw all the Managers under the bus and making life difficult
My manager apologized to me for the poor bonus and raise and he indicated my compensation has nothing to do to do with my performance last year, which was outstanding. He said this is what he was given, would habe loved to give everyone that deserved it more, but his hands were tied.
Now GK and EL to us to talk to our manager??? Why do they want to throw the managers under the bus when they have no control over compensation that has a cap.
Vote the board out
This is just a reminder to everyone that we have the ability to vote for or against the board members that deny us raises and approve the salaries and bonuses for the MC.
Use them. Later this year when the voting comes about USE YOUR VOTE. They won't pay attention to the TTUS but they certainly will pay attention when their shareholders start voting against them..
Talk to your manager about comp
“What can I do to improve, boss? “ asks a remote employee.
“Well, I have nothing for you. Move to a hub and that should solve the comp issue.”
Compensation Accountability Clarity - Elcio
Wow!!! Blamed to managers .
Raise outside of promotion?
Corporate IT Comrades:
I have been in my role for less than a year so I’m not eligible for a true “promotion.” Plus, we all know getting a promotion right when you’re eligible is never going to happen. However, I have been doing well above my job description for that entire time and that has even been acknowledged by many people leaders in and adjacent my team.
Due to the fake “we are broke” story when bonuses came out, I barely got anything from it despite meeting the max threshold.
All of this to say, I know I’m being paid $10k-$20k less than my peers that have the same job title plus I’m doing above and beyond that.
Is there any way to negotiate/demand a higher salary right now? Due to my personal situation, applying to new jobs to play hardball isn’t really an option right now.
I want to stay at centene but I want to be paid fairly.
Pay question for late career
Question for those late in their career. I expected my biggest raises to be early and at some point to max out and then just keep up with inflation. Has this been your experience? What age did you max out? Have your raises kept up with inflation or are you making less each year when considering inflation as you approach retirement age?
Do you talk pay with your coworkers?
I'd like to determine if I'm being underpaid, but I've been hitting a wall when I try to bring up the subject of pay.
Cost of living gap
The pay increases lately don’t match how expensive everything else has become. Not that anybody at the top gives a damn, as long as their bonuses keep getting larger.
Unfiltered, Performance Management and Executive Compensation
Do you know that executives are not part of the new Performance Management? I spoke to an HR colleague yesterday and she mentioned this to me. I was shocked. It seems that the automatic calculation only pertains to T1 to T5 employees. Executives in the areas are above that and their compensation is not part of this calculation. Because of this, most of them got high increases (up to 10%) in their salaries as well as more RSUs than employees. So, these greedy people are taking money away from the employees so they can get more. They are the ones that "make the laws" and employees aren't allowed to complain. She mentioned that compared to earlier years, the budgets for employee compensation was lower in ratio to executive compensation. This makes me so mad.
So here's what I shall do. No matter the consequences, I am giving my honest opinion in the Unfiltered. I know it doesn't make a big difference unless we all do it. But let us not give in to the pressure this time. If we are frustrated, show it in the Unfiltered. If you didn't fill in the survey before, do it this time. If you did and gave good ratings because you were afraid, show your frustration by being honest in the reviews. The Unfiltered results will be picked up by news outlets and they are sure to run stories on how much confidence the employees have in management. It has been steadily declining but the tipping point will be if it goes below 50%. I am sure that will be a big story. And I am also sure they will change the survey questions or frequency after that.
CL28 and 29 Salary Range, time to go 28 to 29
I am trying to decide if I should resign or stay. If anyone can provide insight into salary range for CL 28 and 29 that would really help me out.
GM hired a guy worth Bill Ford and Farley combined salary
Will he do better than DF did at Ford?
“General Motors Co. wooed new executive Sterling Anderson with a $40 million hiring package to leave his Silicon Valley autonomous vehicle startup and join the Detroit automaker in 2025, according to a financial disclosure filed Monday.
Anderson received $16 million in 2025 as the company's executive vice president, global product and chief product officer, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing. The rest of the $24 million will be paid out this year and next.”
They call it VP but....
...ain't nothing "VP"about the salary. How has this company not yet updated salary bands?
It's not 2008 anymore.
Severance Details?
Anyone factually know of the enhanced severance details? I know someone who was laid off a year or so ago and after 12 years they got one months pay and silently finished there two weeks.
I hope it’s better than 1 week a year and some bogus outplacement service.
