To my Cengage colleagues stilled mired in the muck of this soulless entity, I just got a new gig and gonna take a little PTO before quitting. Happy Independence Day!!!!

I love seeing Cengage crumble through this gossip site and my friends eyes who still suffer there until they get a new gig. I get calls from professors asking for help lol. I just recommended other publishers.

I am in the higher ed dep, so we usually get "significant impact" merit increase equating to 3.25% of salary regardless of performance. Has this percentage changed for this year? I guess we will find out from our next paycheck.
