Just when you think it couldn’t get worse

People that cant do, instead work in risk telling everyone how to fill out paperwork. Because there is no communication in risk either, you wont get the same answer twice. The org is rotten from the head down.

I’ve resigned and last day is coming up. I have 12 days of PTO accrued through my end date. Does Wells pay that with my final paycheck or separately? Don’t trust these people at all. I’m in NC if it makes a difference.

Leadership lies to protect themselves, blames anyone nearby when things go wrong, and then does layoffs with zero communication. I'm waiting for the day when the job market improves, because I think we'll see a major exodus of the best people.

Another layoff day today to start off the month but so far it's been quiet. Anyone hearing a big wave coming later in September/October? I've heard whispers that certain groups will be impacted in Q4. Let's wait and see.
