Neustar will make sure TU sinks

It's not a merger, They have conquered TU and spoiling TU products and core teams who build these systems for so many years. There models failed from past 3 years and poor in managing their own Neustar systems. Inefficient to understand TU systems and how important these are for consumers. They are finally making sure all these systems sinks before they leave.

Leadership is saving Neustar team and kicking out TU core teams just believing their bullish overhyped products which are worthless when they try to implement it in past 3 years.

The truth

@user8869117799573:as a former field rep for them I can tell you this whole system Nielsen has built is a fraud. reps would lie when taking demographic info from panelists . he-l half the time I just filled them out in my car. we would lie about tvs and other devices in homes. I promise you a huge percentage of reps did this and probably are still doing this

Nike HR: Can’t get it right for themselves

I’m genuinely curious if anyone else wonders what’s going on with Nike’s HR function. The constant layoffs, reorgs, and shifting structures are confusing at best and destabilizing at worst. If HR can’t get things right for themselves, how are they supposed to get it right for the rest of the company?

In my experience working with that team, it’s a mix of highly competent people and others who are… not. Like many parts of Nike, it often comes down to who you know and how willing you are to step over others to get ahead.

The latest move…eliminating the head of Recruiting and burying the function should be a signal to everyone. Maybe the person in the role wasn’t the right fit, but that’s neither here nor there. The bigger concern is the direction of the function as a whole. It feels like we’re heading into a darker period, and the signs are all there.

The Mole is back

Less than a month from Fox woods and the company is crumbling! Mole says massive layoffs coming or happening. Silver spoon can’t save the company and may be asked to leave. All less than a month from the Mee hans saying how much BETTTTAAAHHHH they are! Run while you can!

Make America Great Again

Whatever happened to make America great again??? 15k Vzw coworkers lives will change come next week. Corporate America greed wins again. I’m here refreshing this website to see if anything new comes up. I’m paranoid , I can’t sleep , what happened to the big tax break these corporations got from trump ?? That’s still not enough ???

Panera year three of corporate layoffs

From Reddit:
I'm not talking about the dough facilities. I'm talking about corporate staff.
There has been no notifications, no conversation, no announcements. I think this is standard operating procedure for a company that is currently being sued for failure to notify about layoffs.

Every day a different department has had people let go and by my count there are about 30 or so who have been let go. Some are offered early retirement, some are just called into a meeting with someone who is not their boss and that is that. Almost of them have been at Panera for more than 10 years. This is not who we are supposed to be but when someone shows you who they are, you should listen and so should we.

More than a few people have said that layoffs will continue until next week but no one actually knows because no one is actually saying anything. I think the only reason they are doing it this way is because they laid off a bunch of HR people last month. I'm sorry, they did not get laid off, they were told their jobs were moving to Boston and they could apply but they would get no bump in pay.

Here is what you need to do:

  • Stay calm. The decision has been made and nothing you can do will change it.
  • Give recommendations and get references. Have one last conversation with that friend or manager.
  • Download or offload anything you want to keep. Performance reviews and letters that say you did a good job, those are yours, those belong to you. Anything you produced like reports or summaries of your work, save it, change some numbers and keep it because you want to remember what you did.
  • Start looking for work now. This company is sinking and so are our opportunities.
  • If you work in the office, bring a bag in tomorrow and be ready to walk out.

If you survive the cuts keep looking for work. This company is on its way down and it will not help your career to ride it out looking for a nice severance. Our sales have not been this low since the pandemic. The people in charge have zero understanding of what this company is.

How to avoid the next one

Add a quarterly reminder on your phone starting Feb 9 (~ VCIP townhall) to ask your leader how opex per boe has changed since Jan 1 2026 and what are we doing about it. We cannot stop asking this ever. Do not let them surprise you in a few years that costs are up another 20%. Hold them accountable.

If you see cost creep around you, just play it cool and write to your VP. They'll like it. Skip middle management. They'll learn.

CEP if you are reading this you need to create an anonymous cost creep hotline.

With any luck, we can avoid the next one. 10% cuts are large, 25% is derilection of duty and utter mismanagement, with consequences only for the rest of us.

Don't just watch it happen to you. The food on your family's table depends on it. Good luck. Add that phone reminder

It's just bunch of rumors at this point...

Nobody knows anything. I'm not saying layoffs aren't happening but seems to me nobody has solid proof of what's actually happening on the 20th, if anything at all.

All these news articles are saying same thing word for word and it's all taken straight from this website. They have no reliable source.

Nothing is better than seeing ORCL bloated stock dump

The AI market is ORCL’s golden goose and they are betting the farm on it. Diversification is the way you survive in tech. ORCL down 110.00 from 2025 high. That means oracle clown employees that thought it was the best thing since sliced bread lost tons the last 8-12 weeks. Good. That’s what you, esp mgmt, get for laying off so many good people. The worst run company in the world. You could be be lacking 90% of your brain and be a director at Oracle. Hahahagahag

15K clarification, feedback + speculation

My interpretation of the articles going around is that this is affecting “management” employees meaning HQ. Retail is its own thing and they are not categorized the same in the financials.

Retail moving to indirect and/or closing down will be its own thing.
