Enough: We have to Stop Hurting Ourselves

The Letter to Leadership was good and their call to action, this is ours. Leadership and the Board absolutely need to get their sh-t together, stop the leader revolving-door with swag bags of cash and create stability, but as employees need to stop making things worse too. There’s a difference between calling out real problems and constantly telling the world Crown is dying (when we aren't), collapsing or broke when the facts don’t support that. That noise gets repeated, becomes a narrative and adds to the confidence problem we already have. Hold leadership accountable, challenge bad decisions and demand better, but stop creating new problems while everyone is trying to fix the existing ones. Help each other, stick to facts, protect the business and move forward. Enough is enough, we need to be the examples to the leaders because they need it.

Omnicom Reviews Client Loss, Plans Staff Cuts

Omnicom is conducting a thorough review following the loss of PepsiCo's media business. The company is analyzing the reasons behind this significant client departure after a long-standing relationship. This review is part of a broader business assessment and will inform future strategies. While the immediate financial impact is manageable, Omnicom is focused on understanding the reputational implications. The company plans to aggressively pursue new business opportunities to offset any revenue shortfalls.

Stop doing business with Edward Jones

One of the most effective approaches to damage a firm or companies reputation is to share how poorly they are treating employees. Most clients will stop doing business with Edward Jones and I would imagine it will pursuade others from wanting to do business with Edward Jones. Hit them right in the wallet.

Outkick and FoxNews Slam NKE in Major OpEd

This reads less like a hit piece and more like a victory lap around NKE's virtue-signaling carcass. Many commenters on this forum have posted similar opinions and had them deleted by the mods.

But now it's global news:

The BBB

Has anyone checked out the reviews and complaints on the BBB website regarding Nielsen? It’s actually quite entertaining but at the same time I’m ashamed for what this company has become.

Toxic Humana is an Embarrassment to Louisville

The toxicity of Humana is off the charts and they have sleazy lawyers protecting them from all their mismanagement of the business, putting greed before member care, and toxic treatment to employees.

Humana, being one of the largest companies in Louisville and the entire state if Kentucky, is an embarrassment to both.

If I was the Louisville Mayor or the Kentucky Governor, I would probably recognize this and put pressure on Humana to get their house in order and make some changes for the positive, to truly put members first, before shareholders, in regards to the actual business that is their mission. And to start treating their employees much more fairly and to tell Humana to have their Humana Resources department to actually take employee complaints seriously regarding their direct leader’s abuse and to stop protecting the company’s reputation at all costs, even when it flies in the face of all decency.

Laid off employees dont stay customers….

Hey Leadership!!

Check it out… laid off employees typically want nothing to do with the company that laid them off after they leave.

Guess what else? When their families and friends hear about it, they often don't want anything to do with that company either!!

What a concept! I know if I leave. I am taking my many, many lines and going straight to TMO.

Word of mouth is coming back to haunt these id--ts. Investors take note!

Removing negative reviews for Corrigo

If a person has been treated unfairly, whether an employee, a customer, pushed out of the job, laid off unfairly, etc decent companies address these issues. Those that aren’t, like JLL-Corrigo, instead do everything to try and remove the truth. Not a good company to work for!

Sapphire Orlando was somewhat embarrassing

A considerable number of DXC colleagues travelled to Sapphire Orlando from around the world yet the DXC stand saw remarkably little activity throughout the event. In contrast neighbouring supplier stands were consistently busy and well engaged with customers. It was disappointing to see such limited interest at our stand and it speaks volumes about where DXC currently stands in the market.

Dropping like flies

Something isn’t working when CW employees are quitting a few weeks after they start. This is a result of poor planning from strategy team. Executive leadership talking down to CW and the organizations that support them. Now reputation in the markets is almost down to 0. Everyone is underpaid and overworked. Exec leaders have zero care for associate well being. After three rounds of layoffs, multiple projects that were projected to work and be the most “innovative” across the healthcare industry have been jokes.

Maybe they could change their reputation

If they started offering Cafeteria Benefits allowing people to pay for selected coverage and not for coverage they will never/no longer need such as OB, Peds, or opt out of other coverage options to include BH, SNF, etc they might actually be seen as a decent provider other than a greed machine. Healthy and younger people may not need any of this coverage and could add it much later in life. Along with stop forcing house staff to buy the Cadillac plan of the year vs basic coverage. I for one don't need a variety of coverage, and I damn sure am not interested in their "high touch" BS offerings.

It feels like we're days away from another major bad publicity event

The way things are going right now, there are directors pushing people to adopt new tech, then telling them they can't use for what they were telling them to use it for, because it presents major security risks. Yet people already did.

These bad decisions will just compound the longer this goes on. We're sinking. Fast.

Old Southeast Region

As someone that is on the recruiting team, just letting you know, if you came from this old region, there is a talked about stigma. Saving you time. Don’t bother applying to any roles. Take that for what you will. It su-ks but it is what it is. So many people rubbed the wrong way 3 years ago won’t hire you. Sorry.

For the record, I’m about to bounce from this BS. Figured I would get it out.

This will haunt FIS for years to come

This is so messed up and it's going to cost us so much in the long run. So much knowledge is about to walk out the door and there's no real plan on how to mitigate it. There's also loss in reputation and resentment from people who were transferred against their wishes. Bad decisions all around.
