It feels like the first day of school! I can’t wait to login and see that email!
I think The Goalpost was a really cool idea. It was fun to watch a game with your colleagues on a large screen. This was a great idea corporate had. I will miss it.
Should I cancel my team volunteer event this Thursday? We are passionate about serving our communities not only with America’s best network, but showing up to color pictures and paint skateboards too. These events are central to RTO to create moments that matter. I don’t know what to do given the rumors. I’ll go ahead and order the crayons anyways.
When do we receive PSP need to buy a couple of shoes for my kids at Nike store
250 Years Old - Wow!!
What are you proud of in this fine day?
Can anyone find an e-card for the 4th of July? Seems odd U.S. Bank wouldn’t want to celebrate that holiday.
It’s sad they keep Hans on for a year but won’t even sponsor an event helping domestic violence . His salary this year could sponsor easily the next 20 years of 5k
You will have tomorrow off and the day after and the day after that. You are free! Enjoy your next phase.
Is Ally closed this Friday for July 4th Holiday ?
Do they justify sending 1000 Advisors to Nashville along with Regional Support Clowns, “National” sales people and Market Leaders who can’t do their job? Yet they are letting people go to save money. That Nashville soirée cost at least $5-$10 million.
Has anyone heard what they are going to do about 7/3? The 2026 holiday calendar shows 7/3 as a holiday but we have never observed the Friday before when a holiday falls on a Saturday. We usually get a float day. The federal reserve, DTC and everyone else is open on 7/3 so wondering if we are really going to be closed.
Did anyone win nascar tix? I’ve heard of nothing from anyone in my division/group which seems odd.
Did they hoard them for VPs?
Help me understand how we can commit to doing a national event and yet we are told we are on a travel and spending freeze. Don’t spend money…..but have a rally and breakfast. I would rather spend money on my team instead of a wasteful and unnecessary event. This should not be done while we are in the 100 days of summer and have 36 other competing priories. But, the teams that dream up this event don’t have other things to do……great way to waste $ on something either no ROI. The frontline don’t even get awarded and they are who does the work. Do Better!!!!!
Pretty moving.
Anyone know if memorial holiday Day week will be tracked?
Congratulations to the team all over LinkedIn, we are so proud of each other. So exciting.
…for JDI day? Do you feel like they should’ve canceled it like wellness week?
Does anyone know when the next red chair photoshoot is and how to sign up?
Before Altice USA take your child to work there was huge here. The gradually reduced to something that’s pathetic. This year didn’t even exist. What a pathetic company it used to be a place you were proud to share with your family. No more.
Today we were allowed to bring our kids to the office in Lake Mary
Total fiasco, no one did.
Who would bring a kid to this he-l? Lol
It really worries me how clueless these people are.
Anyone attend this past week? Really fun times. The executives are all so nice. I got to get a picture with Charlie he’s a super great guy. Informative info as well.
Does anyone remember the 25th anniversary party? If not, it was a huge party at Walnut Creek. The 50th is laid out like the spring picnics we had before COVID (and after the demise of the SAS winter parties (because of drunken debauchery..cough cough, I mean cost). SAS used to have such fun gatherings, and now the 50th anniversary is reduced to an on-campus picnic. I know there are bigger things to worry about, but from an optics and marketing perspective, it seems a little weak for such a milestone.
What did everyone get? I department got Donuts and coffee.
Wow! This year’s employee appreciation week is an absolute joke. An article that links to a viva engage post with no engagement. A cr-ppy ecard from the CEO. Way to phone it in and check the box. That’s an HR fail.
Happy hour to celebrate?
Are the recipes from this week’s anniversary recognition events available? I want to make a batch of cookies for family this weekend.
Team,
I’m excited to share an update on this year’s President’s Club recognition.
President’s Club celebrates the teammates who delivered the strongest revenue-impacting results across Optimum in 2025. These individuals represent the very best of our performance culture and embody what it means to deliver for our customers and our business.
As previously announced, and in support of aligning our resources with our enterprise priorities, we will not be hosting a President’s Club trip this year. That said, we want to ensure these achievements are celebrated in a meaningful way. For 2025, President’s Club winners will receive:
A monetary award
A commemorative President’s Club trophy
A President’s Club jacket
Winners will be notified tomorrow, and we look forward to recognizing their accomplishments.
While President’s Club highlights our top performers, our progress as a company is driven by the collective work happening across the organization every day. Supporting customers, solving problems, strengthening relationships, and driving results all contribute to our momentum as ONE Optimum.
Thank you for everything you do and for the commitment you bring to our customers and teams every day.
Colleen
Is information available for any type of employee reunion events planned later in the hear? Is there a planning committee?
How about this employee appreciation email?!? She is thankful for her job now go appreciate each other.
The last couple of years we’ve had a day off in recognition of Employee Appreciation (3/6).
I take it this isn’t happening in 2026?
Wow!!! It has been 10 years since commitment runs deep day. Oh how the time flies. I would like to wish all the Coterra people a happy welcome to a wonderful company. Many you enjoy your time at the new and improved Devon and may the odds be ever in your favor.
always a cheerful moment - meanwhile Chas is speaking only a short distance away.
