Around 150-60 been impacted 45% of those are band 6 rest 55% were engineer 1,2,3 . Realistically if we include all those folks who got moved to NRB and Wireless operation teams then realistically the count is 200+

VZI employees reduction and cost cutting is in peaks. A lot of work load been observed in every domain.
Advice from someone who learned the hard way
Work your hours and go home. Take your vacation days and actually disconnect. Hit the gym. See your friends more often. Learn something new so you're not stuck here forever. And talk to real people, not just LinkedIn connections.
