Oh well, two previous managers said the same then happened a reorg, then the next manager said the same, then another reorg, now the new manager says the same. No Focal for a 6 years in a row.

All the wellness messaging in the world doesn't mean much when people are stressed about possible layoffs. Nothing says healthy workplace culture quite like anxiety, rumors, and employees wondering if they are on the next list.

16 weeks base salary 2 weeks per year worked 18 months of healthcare I haven't heard anything on how they are handling RSUs. I know Cisco accelerated RSU vesting through August. Oracle seems to be the new low in employee severance.

Oracle ate all the RSU’s of laid off employees, cruel employer who didn’t pay for hard work. Oracle recruiters always push for equity compensation to inflate overall total compensation.
