Despite saying “win now” a gazillion times, the numbers still aren’t showing it EH’s tone not helping. Felt like I was getting yelled at.

Stop laying off every 3 months. Do one and done. Stop changing plans please. People will be more productive.

While this doesn't tell us the exact number, we saw 775 jobs cut in supply centers, so the figure will probably be less than that, especially since tech cuts turn around higher cost reduction per head than distribution centers.

I can't keep track of who I report to anymore or what I'm supposed to be working on. Projects constantly get started and then abandoned mid stream. Can somebody explain to me how this complete chaos benefits anybody, including Nike?

All in-house solutions, especially those in FPE, are no longer viable. Adoption solutions from the market is faster and allows the use of professional solutions, so adoption doesn't require as many engineers as building. Hence the reorg and layoffs.

Hope this isn’t going to be a big nothing burger. For all the non work, waiting around, and lack of direction, cuts should be deep enough to affect operational costs or it’s another failure.
