Currebt AIP Multiplier

Currently debating on ducking out before AIP payouts for another opportunity but wanted to see what the this year's multiplier is looking like before making that decision. Was told the past few years were set at 60% for people who "meet expectations" and 75% for high achievers- given our stock price split in half wasn't expecting miracles but still want go be informed.

Anyone know the cuurent AIP projection??

Bonuses under siege

It is clear that management is trying to nix any amount they can from annual compensation bonus payouts (which frankly I look at as deferred salary for doing your job) to cut costs if you add any value to this company or not.

Not exactly a well thought out way to motivate staff to go above and beyond or retain anyone worth retaining, perhaps I need to focus on getting my “paper right”…how can we in this environment!

CEO Salary and New Positions

Mid level management cant get a pay raise to even cover cost of living.

If money is what you work for at Hertz then knowing that the CEO makes $35 MILLION DOLLARS a year and the Fadman makes nearly half a million per year if not more, don’t be upset!
Keep the management struggling and starving then wonder why your revenue is down while you all sit pretty in your big houses with your boasting of Verizon wireless plans on LinkedIn.
It’s sickening how out of touch these people are-know your audience and pay your people!

Confused about Unemployment -- 8 month Severance Pkg

After signing the Severance Package (or even now) ... can we still apply for Unemployment benefits? If so when?

Another question, my State's unemployment site and other sites say you have to apply where you reside. They assume your employer is in the same state. It is complicated to apply for Unemployment as a remote worker if Vz office is in a different state?

G12 RSU and raises

Came in as a G12 employee through a Cisco acquisition. The first year was simply aligning the base pay and bonus to match Cisco. The second year, got full 18% bonus, $45K RSU but no base pay increase.

How is Cisco with G12 comp? Are there annual RSU refreshers and/or base pay increases?

I've also seen posts about how G12 are generally at a higher risk for layoffs. With the company pushing for margins it's making me anxious.

Question Submitted to Google AI to crunch. Do you think CFOs understand this phenom?

If you had an Indian employee for a US company and you starting paying the person in the Rupee equivalent of 15,000 USD in 2008 and gave them a 5% raise in Rupee every year until 2025, show what the US company would pay in USD equivalent pay using likely exchange rates for every year from 2008 to 2025.

Here is the employee's equivalent pay in USD from 2008 to 2025, based on their annual 5% raise in Indian Rupees (INR) and the average annual USD to INR exchange rates for each year.
Calculation Methodology
The calculation uses the following steps:
Initial Salary: The 2008 salary was the INR equivalent of $15,000 USD.
Annual Raise: A 5% raise in INR was applied each year.
Exchange Rate: The average annual exchange rate (USD to INR) was used for each respective year, based on historical data. The rate for 2025 is a projected/average figure for that year.
USD Equivalent Pay: The annual INR salary was converted to the USD equivalent using the year's average exchange rate.
USD Equivalent Pay (2008-2025)
Year Avg. Exchange Rate (1 USD to INR) Annual Salary in INR (approx.) Annual Salary in USD Equivalent
2008 43.51 652,650 INR $15,000
2009 48.41 685,283 INR $14,156
2010 45.73 719,547 INR $15,735
2011 46.67 755,524 INR $16,187
2012 53.44 793,299 INR $14,845
2013 56.57 832,964 INR $14,724
2014 62.33 874,612 INR $14,032
2015 62.97 918,343 INR $14,584
2016 66.46 964,260 INR $14,508
2017 67.79 1,012,473 INR $14,936
2018 70.09 1,063,097 INR $15,169
2019 70.39 1,116,252 INR $15,859
2020 76.38 1,172,065 INR $15,345
2021 74.57 1,230,668 INR $16,503
2022 81.35 1,292,201 INR $15,884
2023 81.94 1,356,811 INR $16,559
2024 84.83 1,424,652 INR $16,794
2025 88.72 1,495,885 INR $16,861
Summary
Despite the consistent 5% annual raise in local currency (INR), the employee's equivalent pay in USD has fluctuated considerably due to changes in the exchange rate. The strengthening of the US Dollar relative to the Indian Rupee over this period meant the US company paid a highly variable, and often lower, amount in USD equivalent terms compared to the initial $15,000 USD value in 2008. The final 2025 USD value of the salary is only slightly higher than the 2008 starting value in USD, even with 17 years of raises.

New Job. New Pay??

Any word of SGL, salary, VCIP, and RSU changes for individuals moved to new roles? I know some were demoted and informed of compensation changes at the time of that notification, but is everyone else to assume that no changes are coming? Will we experience similar SGL restructuring as occurred in Canada?

Join the Union

Please take some time and review and send in especially if you are a frontline worker. Regardless of what happens on 11/20/2025 we should join. We have been getting raises less then inflation for years, our Rx coverages got way worse and our insurance increased by 30% of cost while removing almost all employee discounts from other companies. That whole new program actually cost more then retail in most cases. Providing awards points which are pennies on the dollar while PSO workers get weekends off but reps who have been performing well for over a decade can't see their families on the weekend.

This needs to stop now!

https://cwa-union.org/ Your leader wont help you, your SM wont, your AD wont and sure as he-l your director wont. Time to have a real work life balance and livable wage.

To all those who were laid off today….

Just remember that your entire livelihood and career is worth about 1/700 or even more of the $74m discretionary executive bonus pool for 2025. This is split by 5 employees.

Your whole family and your dependents and kids futures are just a rounding error for the leadership team. Shoulda been a shareholder, su-ks to su-k 😂 😂 😂

Stock Together Gone

Has anyone else noticed “stock together” is now gone from “your total rewards” page?

Furthermore, according to the last non-voluntary severance documents, they paid you a prorated amount of your stock units.

That would equate to 83% of THIS years stock award you will get to keep. The rest for the following years will be forfeited.

Long Term Incentive stock bonus - is it real?

Can anyone confirm or deny if they actually got it? I thought only senior leadership and people managers got raises or bonuses last year and this year? It's going to be hard to keep ANYONE on long term let alone the talented people if there's another year with zero extra compensation for 2026.

Sales roles uk

Currently working in technical team think about a change to the sales team next year. Can I make more money ? What's its like working in sales in the UK, they seem to do well ? What are the managers like ? Can they really earn these big ote that's banded about?
Also how long do you get to get deals on ?

How long to stay for bonus payout

I hate that I have to come here to ask this but I don’t trust my HR business partner at all. I am an HQ employee and I hate every day of it. How long do I need to stay in order to receive my 2025 bonus? I know we are paid in like February of the next year and stuff, but is there a cut off ? Or do you have to be employed through the pay period where we receive it next year? I’d realllllly appreciate the help or experience.
