Has anyone else noticed “stock together” is now gone from “your total rewards” page?
Furthermore, according to the last non-voluntary severance documents, they paid you a prorated amount of your stock units.
That would equate to 83% of THIS years stock award you will get to keep. The rest for the following years will be forfeited.
@ab this is the correct answer. The program is going the way of the dodo. But that's probably not why it's not displayed. IT never does anything early. My guess would be someone sc--wed up some code that caused the line to be dropped. Wouldn't be the first time.
To answer the @OP, when I left several years ago, they accelerated the vesting and deposited it all into my Fidelity account. Maybe the rules have changed.
Just FYI, if you are below a certain age+time in service (I think it is the rule of 75), you won't keep unvested stock rewards if they lay you off.
@a4 it is about the display. It’s already in our fidelity. Someone mentioned the math and it is factored in there but no longer displayed as a line item. Are they updating the program? Removing it? Like anything VZ leadership does, it is half a-s and unclear until someone stumbles upon it
I don't see it under total rewards, but I do see it when I do a search for RSU or Stock Together in VZWeb. These were already granted and should be in NetFidelity - they just won't pay out until 2026 - 2028
This CEO, he is something else! Basically dont use to gain anything want us to work like dogs i can forsee alot of talented employees are going to leave even if they are not laid iff writings on the WALL with this new devil
Just to note, it was removed sometime between Mon and today because I was on this page Mon and it was definitely there
They are giving you the stock now so you can choose to sell it or keep it. Previously they sold it and sent you the funds. That is the only change. Although if you get let go maybe they will just sell the stock and send you the money.
The stock together is no longer listed, but the value is still included in the total for that section, oddly enough.
Just search in the main page. It’s right there… amounts and other info.
Now that you mention it yes! Just checked and gone. It is still in my Fidelity. Are they removing the program? I know last change was 25’ and beyond will be paid in VZ stocks. I don’t like this one bit
