Severance Package?

What’s the severance package like? Enhanced and 3 weeks per year like it’s been in the past? Standard 2 weeks per year? Or is it really just 1 week per year like some rumors have mentioned?

@a3 that only impacts the notification/off payroll date in this instance. Verizon's severance pay is already more generous than what the NJ warn act requires.

2 weeks/year with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 35.

Standard severance is 2 weeks per year if service, capped at 35 weeks.

I was RIFd recently, so this is based on my severance package, which was the standard.

Severance packages will differ a bit just because certain states have legislations in place that differ from other states. NJ WARN is an example.

Don't have access to the portal yet, but someone reporting it's 2 weeks per.
