Bonus Eligibility Post Severance

I was let go in June and wonder if there's still potential to receive a pro-rated bonus for 2025. Manager discretion aside, is there a required minimum number of months of employment to be bonus eligible? TIA.

@ag I noticed that BNY does the same, but offer 7% match. That's a decent compromise. I say this because that's where Charlie came from. So give us another percent.

Confirming as another stated, cutoff date is 9/30 so no you aren't getting anything for bonus. Before Schart I think they did prorate but not anymore. Even worse is the 401k match they put at December 15th compared to when it used to be a quarterly match before Schart.

you have to be an employee as of Sept 30, which includes non working. otice period.
