Since when? is this a new revision to the Surplus document? I left in May and was able to defer my 6 month payment to 2026. I'm looking at the current surplus and it is still in the offering.

I deferred mine to next year for tax purposes.

will be 30-45 days AFTER you sign your GR&W, usually closer to the 40 day mark.

It takes 30-45 days, but I would expect it to be on the longer end of that.
