Welp! Got my notification this morning. To say I’m surprised would be a lie. I was let go due to a personal vendetta but hey life goes on. I’m actually relieved. Centene is a sinking ship that I’m happy to be off of lol

They offered VSP. Then they turned down a fifth of people who said yes. Now they're laying folks off involuntarily. Why? Why didn't they just approve everybody who said yes?

What a weird set of circumstances. I want to leave. They pushed my VSP to 11/27. People want to stay and nope.

In the past, layoffs were final. They took a day or two to let everybody know and after that we could refocus on our work. Now, even after this round is done, we know more will be coming. In a month, two, or six, but we all know it's coming. There's... — read more 

I am KY UM Medicaid any word. We have continued to asked and been told that there is no reason to worry we are busy. Also that vsp were not approved until September of next year. Which I did not believe.

Good luck everyone! I'm surprisingly not upset. I think it's because I always felt like we were triplicating work already done by bigger teams. Maybe I will feel some type of way later, but right now, it's just indifference.

I am hearing about folks getting meeting invites today and marked as private. RIF discussions may be starting today.....

I was assigned Centene university learning on Friday , that is due on 9/11. Could this be a good sign? Or am I just hoping for no reason.

My entire team has calls with our skip level tomorrow 8/10. Seens our entire team is getting cut. Meeting was placed on calendar on Friday.
