Did any other managers get an email of direct reports to cut?

OneCM sounds like the program may result in a reduction in the number of case managers and support colleagues needed.

I have been here eleven years and I used to really care about Cisco. I thought it was special. But somewhere along the way, probably around year eight, I just lost it. Now all I want is out. The problem is I can't just quit because I have a mortgage and a kid who is starting college in two years, so I need some kind of package to bridge the gap while I figure out my next move. Every single time there is a rumor about layoffs, I let myself get hopeful. No luck so far, though.

With all the rumors, I'm under stress if more invites are gonna be sent or invites have already been sent. Any concrete information might help me prepare or destress myself. Thanks!

Where did that thread go ? Someone in Band 5 posted and confirmed that they got the early heads up.. and official announcement on May 7th.

At least, I haven't heard anything going on, nor seen anything where I'm at. It's a relief, frankly.

This is the time of the year. May or Jun.

SD just told me that on May 7th there will be a RIF and it will be 10% across all markets and bands, AI driven. I will be out on sort term for 60 days and wanted to know if I will have a job to come back to. My SD said I am good but their will be a 10% RIF on May 7th and a few co-workers might not make it so not to be alarmed when I come back. Good luck all, and May the force be with you all!

No emails, no notable departures, and now most thinking about it into next week. Poorly executed already. At least last year was done the next day. Typical step backwards.

Everything with WI is re-orging. I heard first week in May it’s announcing and paired with a RIF. Mostly affecting squad and chapter leaders.
