Replacing Visa and MC with a local alternative could hurt us majorly. And we all know it's not those on top who'll pay the price, but the rest of us. I've been so nervous about this since the news first came out.

If they try to say this is about performance, it's bullsh-t. We lost two of our best, highest performing people. I don't know why and who made the decision, but it's more than obvious by what's been happening that we're being led by complete and utter id--ts.

Those who have gotten an offer, if they accept, they can still be refused? Is that true? What's the point then? I didn't get one, but if I did, man, I'd be pi---d.

We're constantly running around putting out fires that'd stop happening if someone just fixed the source. But nobody wants to invest the time, because...I can't even figure out why. It'd make everybody look good if it was done. What am I missing here, people???

Our manager went on leave and let us know a few days later through email he was no longer with the company. Now we're sitting here without a manager not sure if he was fired, laid off, or just left on his own. Frankly, he wasn't a great guy so I don't really care about him, but it'd be good to know if it's a sign of something to come for my team.

Don’t make us f’king do it again next year if results are not going to be shared or glazed over and manipulated. Shady af.

So many shakeups among the leadership over the years and things keep getting worse. It's like we're incapable of bringing in or selecting people who are actually capable of leading.

I've been watching things deteriorate for a while now and it's very clear it's getting messier and more chaotic by the day. And I don't see it getting better any time soon. I think the best thing anyone can do is walk away. There's no future here.

I've been applying for two months and haven't heard back from anyone. Is this normal now? Things have really changed.

If you're smart, you should have been actively looking and applying for a job from the start of the year, if not sooner. No one is safe here, and I think that's been blatantly telegraphed for a while now. This is not the same company I joined 15 years ago, that's for sure.

The only silver lining is that severance seems to be staying as is. That's always been my biggest concern when layoffs happen.

I can't get worked up over rumors anymore. If official news comes, I'll deal with it. Until then, I'm not wasting my energy.
