Can someone shed light on recent gossip about Fidelis, NY and how it will be impacted?

Restructuring is happening now on our team, which means a few of our teammates are moving over to a different team. Anyone else seeing restructuring happening thus far?

My resume is updated, but I don't have a network. I've cut expenses, but I don't have a target. I'm so, so scared.

We had a metric change. Those that did not accept VSP is asking why this wasn't shared before they shared metric changing they would have accepted the VSP if they had known.

Everyone I know always gets “Meets Expectations “ on their reviews. There are only 3 options, Does not meet, meets, and the top one. I don’t know anyone that gets the top one either. Thoughts?

Ive heard from some people who heard from the higher ups that the call center reps are safe even with those who did or didnt take the vsp??? Is that true?! If so why would they be safe from restructuring and not other departments?
