All Tri-State should ask the question about layoff rumors

I see HCL let the majority of people that came over from managed services go now. Post VSP I look back and am glad I took it. Really hope those whom were part of the HCL cuts make out okay in this economy.

I’ve seen tooth dates stated- if anyone in here really knows then provide details on what group you’re in and where you got your information. It’s inevitable there will be layoffs - people just want a heads up.

It would seem this is a poorly kept secret that Verizon Connect likely will be sold. Recent activity by leadership looks like they are best positioning the company's cash position and unexpected re-alignment internally. The stars are aligning.

Do I need to worry about layoffs? From what I’ve heard, it’s usually the people who’ve been here much longer. On top of that, my pay is so low it’s hard to imagine I’d be considered a big cost to cut.

For the past five years at least it's been one bad thing after another. Why can't something good happen, for once? Why is it always layoffs and lost benefits and other similar cr-p? I really, really hate this place.

Looking at 2026 Benefits enrollment, healthcare cost for Self+family went up by appx 15% whereas BPI will be 2-3%. Already a paycut 😭

But that never happens, because they don’t give a damn about the employees or how any of this affects us.
