So is the hybrid or remote working for part of the week just brushed under the carpet now, the question never even gets asked anymore at Townhalls
I assume it's just never going to change it will always just be 5 days in office.

Leasa Legree visited Arlington Heights, IL a couple months ago. There was a "town hall" I was in the room with the 12 other people. 5 of the people were managing the people in the room. Super open convo. 😎

There has to be some big news coming. There is the global town hall to start the week, then most orgs have their discipline or function specific town halls that all mention “building on the global town hall”.

Did anyone take any updates away from it? Honestly it just seemed like a meeting for the sake of it. I don't know what they were trying to achieve and why they booked it in

The very fact that they are holding a Townhall today is completely tone deaf, but if you are able to listen to it, what a terrible attempt at a cheerleading session this is, it actually makes me sick to my stomach.

Ok so it’s been a sh-t day and days we know. But don’t forget it’s the gleeful townhall tmrw.

No intention of listening to any of this B S. But curious to see little Paul on his barstool with 4 other AI robots droning on and on about an absolute load of old corporate management twaddle. What did you think? I lasted about 15 mins then nodded off. Did my timesheet though.

Amazing to listen to the sales president spin everything. Truth is Q1 is a disaster and the BOD and CEO are going to be making some major changes.

This was really a tone deaf abstract town hall that didn't address how this new mission will affect the employees. This will take years but there's no mention of how much they are going to cut costs. AI will take our jobs at an even greater level.

Maybe I'm reading into this too much but one moment from this town hall has really stuck out to me. During the part where Sarah was doing a panel with Dan and Brad, she started asking for fun facts. At one point she asked "what's your favorite vacation spot"; I don't even remember what they answered, but asking highly paid executives about their favorite vacation a week after the VSP end date feels incredibly tone deaf.

"Cen-Teamers" were forced to make an incredibly difficult decision of powering forward or rolling the dice on finding other employment, and Sarah's asking about vacation spots. Even if it's just an ice-breaker question, still feels pretty thoughtless.

This just feels like a weird internal PR stunt and doesn't feel intellectually honest. Thoughts?

Another waste of time Town Hall y’all

Saw on Fuel that geographical information will be removed from Email names. I think this is a precursor to the Town hall coming.

There will be a relaxation of office mandates and more people will be moving back to remote work as previously announced by Takis.

Removing the Geographical location will prevent others from knowing where someone works from just by their email tag.

I'm tired of the constant reorgs. And the "town halls" & videos telling us about the latest managers' copy/paste priorities & "must-wins." It's so tone deaf. At this point we don't care what's important to you. You've lost the audience - we're not listening anymore. We want to hear about what's important to us - "what's your timeline on offshoring/outsourcing the rest of the U.S. based jobs?" Tell us which departments are going next so we can make some plans for our families. That's our priority.

Multiple sources from Blind Posts pointed out Layoff will be US 9/14 AND IDC 9/15. And this time it doesn't seem like bull**it

We know 9/14 will be IDC holiday so it postpone to 9/15.
Townhall will be 9/15 for US but it is recorded so no live session answering any questions. Same video will be share to IDC folks I assume.

Anyone else wondering about the big Town Hall meeting next week. It seemed very sudden and when I looked back at the old announcements they always have announced the meetings a month in advance. Also seems like a lot of people leaders will be on site for the meeting. Definitely seems like more bad news on the horizon...

What's the change Ayman skirted around during today's town hall? Solutions and teams moving "out of the Core". He is waiting for a recommendation from "the team". His way of putting a WFR blame on others since he is going to follow "the teams" recommendation.
