As much fear and angst that have been posted on tbis board for the past few weeks about the 17th being doomsday and the small number of posts today, this sure seems like a nothingburger with a small number of people impacted.

Bungie reportedly faces significant layoffs this summer. Around 50% of its 800 employees, or 400 staff, are at risk. Sony reported a $765 million impairment loss due to Bungie's underperformance. Destiny 2 support ended, and Marathon's recent efforts failed to improve its standing. Rumors of impending layoffs at the studio circulated last month.

Has anyone heard whether Meridian (a subsidiary of Centene) will be affected by VSP or future layoffs? I'm relatively new and I heard a rumor here in Michigan that we are canned!

So the end of Q2 is upon us. Has anyone heard rumblings? It’s happened the last 2 years so I’m just curious.

All these posts are full of trash talk. We have all been here before and expressed all of our opinions. I just want to know the rumors/facts people have came across. Do you know what teams are being hit by layoffs?

I am hearing 7/1 not 6/15 for Layoffs - at least 10% across the majority of the company. Are others hearing the same thing?

Based on prior layoff rounds, it seems it often occurs on Wednesdays.

With Citi scheduled to report Q2 earnings on July 14, my assumption is that any July layoffs would likely take place on July 15 (or July 8).

The week it's going down apparently. Directors+ targeted again and several other Tech Dev roles will be eliminated completely. Plus an additioanl saving's target that will reduce the remaining head count.

Its official directors were in planning sessions last week. June or mid July member protection will have the largest lay off yet. Good luck to everyone because the job market is not good.

All the hype about heads rolling today in Boston and Everett - any cuts or was it all talk?

The next set of layoffs are scheduled, July 15th, Sept16th, Nov 18th and Jan. 20th. AI is suppposedly going to replace all of the those roles. The rumor is a 25% headcount reduction globally.

I've heard the rest of the year will be bad when it comes to layoffs. We won't see a slowdown but the opposite. Can someone tell me I'm wrong? Please?

Former employee here. Just tried applying for a position that I’m overly qualified for and didn’t even get a call back. I’ve heard rumors of former employees being blacklisted, but does anyone have any proof?

Stop the fear mongering on this site. We were assured that “ CDAO, CTO, and P&C Tech” would have massive layoffs: nothing. We were promised, bullied if even questioned the source of Fraud and AML having massive layoffs in April/May. Well April and May have passed.

The people who used to actually be in the know and leaked to this site have clearly been laid off. Since about last year zero predictions have been accurate.

Stop posting your theories. It only ki-ls the credibility of good sources. If you need to vent go to therapy.

I am hearing rumors of another round in DGE later this summer... If that is what is going to happen, I assume those layoffs will happen by the end of July. that way there is 60 days of WARN notice before the end of the fiscal year.... good luck everybody.

think there are three plants in the UK , hearing very strong rumours they are to close by end of 2027, Skelmersdale and Ayecliffe, also Bangor Ireland which is struggling

Looks like it is all hiring now with no WFR planned - I might be wrong or missing pockets of layoffs happening silently.
