One of the most effective approaches to damage a firm or companies reputation is to share how poorly they are treating employees. Most clients will stop doing business with Edward Jones and I would imagine it will pursuade others from wanting to do business with Edward Jones. Hit them right in the wallet.

@OP after the last layoff me being one of them, I started working for a competitor. I absolutely love when I see Edward Jones accounts come into our office!!!!
Leave the firm. Today. You're clearly not happy. This firm is your employer, not your mother or father or friend. Leave. Today. You're being paid fairly in the market to do a job. If you're convinced otherwise, leave. Today. Every day you stay longer is harming yourself and harming the firm and harming your coworkers. Leave. Today.
What a d-mb fu-k comment
@dp FINRA regs make it difficult to invest somewhere else, as FSD is required to keep an eye on employees investments.
@OP show us the way. What’s the plan you can lead us through?
Why? Just why? What's your problem?
@dp maybe only clueless rubes would work for Edward Jones...:-(
@b0 This also applies to assoicates who are required to invest with EJ.
Credit to Edward Jones for bringing financial services decades ago to markets that were underserved by Wall Street. But, let’s be honest. At this point, only clueless rubes would choose Edward Jones to handle their investments.
if you still work here why would you want to do that? That's kind of biting the hand that feeds you.
@OP, home office is a different world then working in a branch.
If the FA is doing a great job, clients are making money, they won't leave.
Thanks
