How many people left their job at Boeing then came back and regretted it?

I left Boeing a year ago and have been watching the company from the sidelines. Honestly, I can't see any improvements since I left the company. Boeing's salaries are low; especially with the cost of living in Seattle the benefits are average at best. Why bother going back.
I was shocked when Boeing won the F-47 Next Generation Air Dominance Fighter. Believe Boeing will perform poorly on that contract with the risk of cancellation.

Gold/diamond employee pins

I’m an ex-employee with several gold anniversary pins with diamonds in them. Anyone know whether these have any value, even if to a jeweler who’d melt them down? I have no use for them and would love to at least get enough money out of them for a nice bottle of champagne.

Resigning During PIP: Notice Pay and Future Rehire Eligibility at ExxonMobil

I’ve been placed on a PIP in my very first performance cycle as an experienced hire. It’s been almost a month since the program started, and I’m now considering resigning. If I opt for PIL (pay in lieu of notice), will I still receive the remaining salary amount? Also, if I leave before completing the PIP, would I be eligible to be considered for future roles at ExxonMobil?

ESPP

What happens to the current ESPP balance? Do we get stocks or do we get the money back? My notice date was Sept 2 and last date is Sept 22.
As per the FAQ, if termination date is after the 15th, you get stocks but I am trying to understand will it look at the 2nd or 22nd?

HCSC employee move to Health Spring yet?

I’m wondering if any HCSC employees have moved into a role that directly supports the Health Spring business yet? I don’t mean your team is ‘getting work’ or ‘waiting for access to start working on HS stuff’. I mean, you have onboarded into a role that is directly supporting Health Spring now. Since many of their people have quit and transitioned employees can’t apply for anything for 1 year, I figure HCSC employees are moving into the roles. What is the process like since the systems aren’t integrated yet? Anything odd come up that you didn’t expect?

Shareholders are prospering while staff are ending in hospitals.

PIL

Has anyone heard of anyone that was put on a PIP not being eligible for the PIL if they opt out of the PIP? The person in question was a salary employee if that matters.
