Mass retirement coming in the next 5 years. A buy out would be perfect for remote workers in 5 years. Bring it on.

No actually it's Dallas, and thank you for stating that skin color shouldn't matter. I agree, as you prove my point exactly, we should just be hiring the best people that we can find. This is not happening. You can't do 80-90% of the hiring from 3-4% of the population. Every demographic, regardless of race or s-x comes with its own inherent cultural problems and socio-economic realities or issues. When you concentrate hiring based on solely race, you disproportionately have to deal with more problems than you normally would, which destroys productivity, and guarantees failure of any organization. Whites make up about 72% of the population, that is just a reality. It's not even up for debate, and it does not matter if you live in Phoenix, Dallas or Atlanta, SF is doing its level best to not hire whites. The Exec even confirmed we are hiring a 2040 workforce. I have even heard blacks in the office joke about it. SF's business model is try to find "those people" they think are desperate for a job, set them up for false hope/failure, string them along 2-3 years and then run them off. It's the new form of modern slavery, systemic racism and workforce abuse. SF is a pile of sh-t!

To the last response I'm pretty sure your talking about the Atlanta office. I hate to break it to you but the Atlanta metro is predominantly black. It's similar to if there was an office in Miami it would be primarily Hispanic. Who cares though? At the end of the day we are all just people and skin color should not matter

In the next 12 months you are going to have several thousands employees from U/W wanting your job plus unemployment will start spiking. These dirt bags will take full advantage of it and quickly weed out as many WFH jobs as they can and tenured employees. In 2026 you are going to get a 50% in office requirement. Our Executives are delusional and think it's employee not drinking the Kool Aid is why we have failed so much over the last 10-15 years. They want "relationship and culture building" and somehow think we can go back to the good ole days when people enjoyed coming to work. SF thinks it is a "diverse" company but it is really a very exclusionary company. I just saw a list of the 41 new hires to our area and there is only 2 white employees out of 41. If you walk any floor you will see at least 60-80% of the workforce is minorities and mostly black females. This is statistically impossible. Black females of the working age between 18-65, that are eligible to work, only make up about 3-4% of the population. That means they around 12X over represented at SF. The only way you can do that is purposely discriminate against other groups of people. You go woke you go broke! When identity politics and optics dominate your business you doomed for failure.

They are understaffed for claims roles and cannot fill them with decent employees. They know it and that is why wfh will not go away any time soon. With all of the workforce management, idle time and other absurd practices, no one wants to stay beyond one year.

No but they are going to put you on a different/lower pay scale to save the company money and can eliminate about 30% of these jobs and/or not replace them when you leave an fill them in the hub. If it gets too bad, which it will, the remote employees will be the first ones to go. Over the next 3-5 years AI is going to eliminate about 40% of all jobs at SF!

40% of workforce is totally wfh with no office. They cannot fill this many jobs in the hubs.
