If you got the offer, consider yourself lucky. I missed it by just a few years. It's a great offer I'd have jumped at. Oh, well. It is what it is, I guess. I wonder if we'll have involuntary layoffs if not enough people accept and what kind of package will be offered in that case.

Collapsing quickly
Pharmacy Managers, Pharmacists, quality MGRs, and skilled techs, all accelerating their path OUT.
Requisitions sit empty and the few qualified candidates are backing out of offers.
Sycamore has officially crossed the point of no return. They had their chance to target their highest rated people and offer retention money, but no, they'd rather give it to somebody new.
Increasing salary ranges and sign on bonuses aren't enough anymore to save this catastrophic experiment of private equity and pharmacy.
The damage has been done with the cuts and lost trust.
This fall through holiday season will be the a horror show and Sycamore knows it.
The examples?
Sudden ramp up hours after months of historic cuts to techs and staff (too late, they already quit and left to get more consistent jobs).
Change in bonus policy. Now bonus eligible positions need to stay employed until November payout to receive compensation. Several months passed the end of the fiscal year. (The legality of this is being reviewed)
Walk or take citi offer
I must be brain dead for even considering coming back and working at citi after layoffs. Citi has the highest offer and has better exit package. I have another offer with lower compensation. They go through a fair share of layoffs but nothing beats citi.
New reality is layoffs are everywhere. Do I work for citi with higher pay and exit package or go lower pay and minimal exit package? What would a sane person do? Work will su-k anywhere and probably citi has the highest toxicity.
Time again for early retirement
Jim
It’s time for another early retirement offer.

Any remote workers get an offer to move to a site?
Was anyone given this offer as an alternative to the layoff? If not, why? It seems like that would indicate a performance or other reason than just someone being remote.
ER
Microsoft is offering buying with rule of 70. Cisco is much lower thankfully.
Microsoft Offers Voluntary Retirement
Just going to leave this right here….
“Our hope is that this program gives those eligible the choice to take that next step on their own terms, with generous company support”
https://www.cnbc.com/amp/2026/04/23/microsoft-plans-first-voluntary-retirement-program-for-us-employees.html
What a novel idea… accomplishing business objectives without completely sh-tting on your own employees.
You know it’s bad when you wish our executives were more like Microsoft.
Asset management
How is this BU?
I'm in brokerage, and received offer to move asset management.
Does it also have constant reorg?
GP recent job offer

Voluntary Offer
Someone said there were rumors of a voluntary buyout, any truth to this? Timing?
Starbucks to Move Supply Chain Operations Roles to Tennessee
The only benefit is if we move we will finally be able to afford a house. Let’s be honest allot of us at corporate are renting and cannot afford Seattle. We have a choice either move or get laid off.
“According to The Wall Street Journal, the roles moving to Nashville will include direct and indirect sourcing teams, with the company expecting to move additional jobs to Tennessee down the line.”
I am going to move if I get the offer. What about everyone else?
So is it really five full days?
I’m considering an offer at PNC but want to know what it’s actually like. Is it five full days? Do people badge in and then leave at lunch and work the rest of the day at home? I don’t think I can ever go back to five full days but the role seems interesting. So just want to get a sense.
severance counteroffer
Has anyone counteroffer the initial severance package offered to them? If so, did you win get what you asked for? Or did they rescind the initial offer altogether?
BIG OFFER COMING IN MAY!!!
Now that the company has got its contracts wrapped up, the targeted offers will begin. Expect enhanced buyout offers for NTS and Com Tech titles. I’m waiting on my 104 weeks and planning a well deserved vacay!
New good Ole boys club
Asurion is supposedly trying to expand service offerings and improve culture but internally we are hearing that they are planning to hire Andrew Brady from Verizon. He was let go from Verizon fie being unscrupulous in his sales practices and treating employees like trash. If that's the new direction at Asurion , Guru should be ashamed
mas in talks to take over field work. stay strong people
mas in talks to take over field work. they have given a very strong offer that could save the company tons ..... stay strong people could get bumpy
Juniper interns to HPE full time conversions
Does anyone have idea if Juniper interns will be getting any full time return offers? I interned last summer, but haven't heard back from my manager yet. Not even a Yes/ No. Just no response. Would appreciate it if anyone has some clarity on this

Offer Progress
Does anyone have visibility of how far along is the offer process. It's the second week of Jan, are we at the point where all first round offers out and we are dealing with second choice and separation? Anyone getting communication this week?
Will there be Exit Offers in 2026?
Why are they not offering wfh only employees exit offers and hiring those jobs in the hubs?
What is the redeployment pool?
Offer letter states if you decline you might be put in a redeployment pool, does anyone know what that means?
Union EIPP in February?
I am hearing that the union will be getting an offer in February. I heard they will be offering a 4 and 4 as an incentive to all.members.
EXIT OFFERS
Coming everywhere in 2026.
Seeing a lot of hires finally
Something has changed in the past few weeks. Friends of mine laid off by Dell back in the spring are finally getting offers left and right. Just today three different friends called, two got offers, and one made it to a final round and they haven’t gotten to a final round in 6 months. All in, I now know of at least six people that got offers in the past few weeks. Not sure what’s going on, but I’ll take some positive news for once. Does anyone know what changed? Or is this just a weird streak of good luck for people I know?
No ESPP
Anyone gave insight why there is only one offer period for 2026? They announce there in no offer for December 2025 for the first have of 2026.
NetworkCo offers.
Who is taking the offer and who is declining it and why?
Are contractors included in 13k?
Or its employee only special offer
Please help - Need to know!
I have an offer from a company and they're asking me to drop my papers and then forward the resignation mail to them for confirmation (my previous job asked me to do this as well)
I initially thought I'd see if I'm getting laid off, since dropping my papers now means no STI, so instead, severance could help me make up for that loss.
But now I am thinking that's a bad idea, and that I should resign and serve my notice period.
What is the basic details of the package they offer??
2 weeks per year?
Is this a good offer?
I am trying to evaluate an offer from AT&T, and I'm hoping you guys can help me understand what the internal range is. The offer is for a software engineering role in Middletown NJ, for $255k base salary. Where does this fall in the band for Principal Member of Technical Staff? Do most principal engineers at AT&T make more or less than this? I know people on this board are obviously unhappy with the company, but I think I am willing to put up with the annoyances that I've read about on here.
Career advice.
I am at company less than 5 years. In engineering. I am in scope. I have been applying for jobs, an offer is in works. It’s 30% lower than what i am making right now. It’s not in Oil and Gas. Should i take it or ride it out?
Potential employer asking for a non compete from Ansys
I am a relatively new employee (less than 3 years) but the company I interviewed for is asking for a non-compete waiver to join. What are my options? Does anybody know the procedure?
Got an offer here should I take it?
Got an offer from TIAA at either Frisco or Charlotte (my choice family in Dallas and Charlotte so relocation money out of my pocket is minimal) but already have a job at another retirement services firm. TIAA pays more and offers better benefits but still have a job that is stable for probably another year. Should I take this one or keep my current one? Glassdoor and other sites make TIAA feel like a dumpster fire especially compared to where I am now.
Also saw another post about FIS where I have some experience with and wasn’t sure but don’t want to respond to that post. Didn’t want to take the role and get laid off if they change RK system too soon.
New Offer
I am deciding whether or not to proceed with the company, I've heard great things but have had great job security the last 5 years, even though pay was really low .. I'm looking to build a career, obviously with more pay but I see that the company goes through layoffs or working arrangements can be a hassle.. if I were to compare to another company that possibly starts with an H.. what would you advise?
thoughts??
I have an upcoming interview with Humana but also have an offer at the moment, I feel as though Humana would offer more money & the potential team I would be joining may be different than what everyone is saying here.... helppp
Do not accept the offer!
How they can expect anyone to accept an offer that provides little to no details about your position, your location, the costs of your benefits, the status of your pension, etc is beyond me. I wish I knew their end game, but it all seems shiesty to me. They are expecting people to accept an offer with no real start date, so many what ifs. They are incentivizing it with up to a $15,000 sign on bonus that you don't get until 6/12 months after the close of sale, which is unknown, and then clearly state that any disciplinary or code of conduct violations voids the bonus, and nobody knows what the policies of the company are. So how many would actually receive this bonus? Where is the Union in all of this? Union dues are paid to have them protect you, where is the protection here?
Anyone worked for webull?
Got an offer from them not sure if i should take it
Got an offer at Brightstar
Hi, I received an offer from Brightstar lottery. It's about 40k less than I had in my prior job which I was laid off from. It's a senior software development position. Just curious what people think of the company. I'm sure this opens me up to alot of negative comments as this is a layoff site.
High Salary Offer - Accept or Not
Have a offer. How risky is to accept? They are paying way beyond their standard offering for the role. In Nike , placed fine but loosing my relevance and experience and grossly underutilized(Very high workload but low expertise/support role)
