I asked to be riffed instead of rebadging with cognizant.
HR agreed after threatening to treat it as volunteer resignation.
Now I will be riffed as of June 30.

They refused to not rebadge me. I was told by HR and upper mgmt that if I did not go to Cognizant it was a voluntary resignation, so I "retired". Horrid
I don't think you can rebadge someone in emea on order to get around redundancy package. Has that happened to anyone?
