How much is the company paying for using codex and other AI tools? If the bill is high, it will impact the margin. A large layoffs can not be avoided.

List your OU and how many lay offs happened
Hey everyone
I want to know which OU and how many layoffs happened that you are aware off. No rumours - just facts.
I have been ooo for a fair few months - due to personal circumstances. Any information will help me out
The layoff: My two cents
This has left a bad taste in my mouth for Fidelity. I got laid off yesterday, I'm a scrum master in Brokerage, L5. It makes sense to me that I was let go because I was one of the only two scrum masters in my chapter that were L5, nonetheless it was still a kick in the chest to get the news. But, I'm surprised Fidelity announced RTO just last week then this happened. If they were smart they should have announced RTO long before and waited for natural selection to kick in to have people leave on their own terms. But who am I to say?
Good luck to everyone else impacted, I hope you find the good in this as I do as well.
The "Event" is over, everyone who was impacted was informed yesterday.
There are no more planned "Events" in the coming weeks and months.
Federal Public Lands Workforce Shrinks in Mountain West
More than 5,800 federal public lands workers departed last year. This affected eight Mountain West states. Agencies like the U.S. Forest Service saw significant declines. Many workers were reassigned to the Interior Secretary's office. This reorganization may lead to slower decision-making.

Perrigo Initiates Layoffs at Georgia, Vermont Facility
Perrigo is cutting 161 jobs at its Georgia, Vermont facility. This affects nearly half of the site's employees. The company intends to end production at this Georgia site by June 30, 2026. The closure will ultimately impact about 420 employees. Aging infrastructure and regulatory changes were cited by Perrigo.

Job cuts ahead
Kyndryl posted the intention of cutting some jobs. With a charge around $200M we can estimate approximately 2000 to 4000 jobs to be impacted.
Which part of the business will be impacted?
Anyone has more info?
FCAT/GM Impacted?
Anyone know if FCAT or Green Meadows are impacted?
Are there any non tech or non agile groups impacted?
I checked my managers calendar and it’s wide open tomorrow. Does that mean my whole team is safe? How long is the HR meeting so we can see if we’re possibly impacted?
Insights on which areas impacted?
Heard rumors that professional services team would be impacted. Also, people not meeting expectations (NME) after performance review meeting. Any insights?
HR next department to leave?
I was discussing with a few colleagues the potential impact of moving to 100% offshore HR support, similar to the model offered by a Capstone-type company.
This would mean completely eliminating the in-house HR department, with every employee instead getting a mobile app on their phone to connect directly with dedicated HR support agents
What is going on in Risk?
Does anyone have insight into what’s happening with 2LOD Risk right now? From where I’m sitting, it feels increasingly chaotic and disorganized, and it seems like the engagement models are really starting to suffer as a result.
I genuinely feel for our 2LOD partners. They all seem under a lot of pressure—stressed, uncertain, and concerned about their roles. Given that the second line of defense is supposed to provide oversight, structure, and consistency across risk and compliance, it’s especially concerning to see things feeling so unsettled.
It just doesn’t feel sustainable in its current state, and I worry about the broader impact this is having—not just on those teams, but on how effectively risk is managed overall.
Can someone confirm what's coming in the summer
Are there layoffs coming ? If so what groups are going to impacted and what geo's and when ?
Corporate BS language in MACX
Free employees to focus on high impact, strategic work = layoff. Good luck everybody.
VBG impacts
Does anyone know what groups in VBG will be impacted next week? Or if any groups will be?
Layoffs happened 04/28/2026
Layoffs happened in RCO. Any impacts anywhere else?
Too much work
Does anyone else work past 40 hrs to get the work done but only log 40? They threaten to PIP or fire if all the work isn’t done EOM, so we’re all working free OT (we are hourly). This is exhausting. I’d rather just be laid off at this point.
